I took my little ones to see Zootopia 2 the day after Thanksgiving. I appreciate that it's easy to purchase tickets online and select our preferred seats. We went to a matinee and the theatre was packed! The line for refreshments was extremely long and there was ere only 2-4 people working behind the counter at any given time. So, we had a lengthy wait to get popcorn and drinks. The one saving grace is that the previews were longer than the line. Honestly, the previews are too long. They played for about 30 minutes (and we spent about 15-20 mins of that time getting refreshments). My 4yo tired of the movie before it ended. She was begging to go home about 2/3 of the way through the movie and complaining that "this movie is too long!"...but I'm certain that was about the amount of previews and commercials that happened on the front end. Overall, the theatre is clean enough and the staff of friendly. However, the theater is a little older so the seats did not recline in the screening room we were in. read more

Regal McDonough Stadium 16 on 15 Foster Dr. is the only good and substitute theater in the Henry County area. The staff was very pleasant and the theater was clean, the popcorn was fresh and my drink was cold. My only concern was the temperature of the theater it was uncomfortably warm several times I visited, making my experience not as enjoyable as anticipated. Regal Cinemas McDonough 16 is a theater complex with multiple screens featuring new release films, plush seating and concession stand. Been a regal member since they started the rewards and till this day I am still satisfied with my rewards card and this theater. Seats were comfortable. Theater was clean including the floor. Rest rooms also were clean and stocked with toilet paper and hand soap. Staff was pleasant. Plenty of free parking and numerous choices as to what movie to watch. As for the pricing, you should walk in with a clear thought of having to spend a decent amount of money, I mean it's a business and people work here who need pay. But tickets for an adult are $11.00 to $13.00 Ticket purchase are made inside so you are not in the elements. Now snacks, remember you don't always have to get a snack. But if you do just get a small or medium popcorn, not a large bucket as tempting as it is, because trust me you won't finish it and a drink to share with your loved one. They did not have assigned seating which most do now a days, especially for movies with highly anticipated crowds. The staff here are friendly and helpful. They do honor senior citizens discounts and military discounts, something many other theaters do not. All in all I have always liked this movie theater and I will always love to come here. read more

It's an absolute no for me. I normally go to another theatre but decided to try this one since I was meeting a friend who was near. Ordered tickets online. However, when I arrived, the concession line also doubled as the line to purchase tickets. There were so many people waiting. They definitely need a better system in place. Ordered popcorn and the cashier failed to mention that they didn't have butter. Wait what!!? Who eats popcorn without butter? All of the frozen icees were out. No nachos. I was floored. The carpet leading into the theatre was rippled which was most definitely a tripping hazard. This theater needs major updates. read more

The Nutcracker and the Four Realms, 3D was enjoyed by my granddaughter and me. No crowd since it was a Friday matinee. Theater and restroom was very clean. Great time to go, if you can! We shared a movie pak and enjoyed our 3D experience. This is our favorite theater to visit. read more

Just got back home from the theater. Was a group of over 150 people running in and out screaming like there was a fight or a shooting or something. Regal did nothing to take control. Police came later but we were already headed back to our car. Doubt we will be back after seeing their nonexistent security plan. read more

Everything was fine until we ordered butter popcorn and then was told no napkins...wasn't one single napkin in the building. No joke. And then looked bothered to have to step back and pull 12" off a paper towel roll and hand it to a family of 4 with a tub of popcorn...on a Saturday night at peak time. Poor management. read more

I don't like come to this decrepit theater because my mom lives in Henry County otherwise I would have to start taking her to Atlanta to see a film. Deplorable, this place is repulsive. Simply disgusting, food all over the floors and in the aisles and the trash cans are completely full even when guests are entering the theater. I find this surprising considering they don't allow you to go inside the theater until exactly 5 minutes before the showing time... They say they're cleaning it but we know.... that's horse shit. Management behind the counter are incredibly disrespectful to their employees and rude as far as listening to customers and their needs. I don't recommend ever trying to order food... This place had great popcorn (Regal movie theater popcorn is my fave) and really quick, fast service. Our seats were relatively comfortable, and the theater environment was nice. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the movie theater itself--the temperature wasn't too cold or too hot. I would definitely return to this one because it had good parking, nice employees and good popcorn. read more

I have been here a few times. During peak times, the lines are unclear and unorganized. Maybe this is my fault, but I stood in line for 10 minutes, just be told that my prepaid Fandango ticket had to be redeemed right at the podium (Where the guy tears the ticket stubs). I typically purchase my tickets at a discount through third parties for lower rates, and this time I used Fandango because I had a gift card. If you use a regal e gift card or plastic gift card, you have to wait in line, even if the voucher is equivalent to the cost of one movie, so I assumed that Fandango worked the same way. There should be some one around to let you know this to avoid time being wasted. The lines were long because Girls Trip had just premiered. I was a nervous wreck because I feared the movie selling out. In fact some of the shows sold out, but not the one we showed up for. Luckily we got there about 25 minutes early (My ticket was prepaid, with the time selected, but my boyfriend had a regal e gift card ticket). I highly suggest arriving 25-30 minutes early and pre paying for tickets to skip the lines. You can do this online through the Regal Cinemas website or third parties like Fandango. The theater that we were in #15 was a good size and views from the second to last row middle section were great. We saw the 10:30 PM show and left after midnight. The restrooms were clean, surprisingly, and the appearance of the lobby was okay. However, I did notice that one of the games was out of order on my way out the door. Overall, this is a good place to catch a movie. Word to the Wise: Don't come on the first or second night of a new film's premiere at the last minute and expect a great seat. (But that applies anywhere). read more

Not really sure what happened to this place. Self kiosks didn't work and a long line with 2 cashiers. Stood in line while people picked their seats. The digital displayed in front of each theater showing you what was playing didn't work either. Not the cleanest place either. It used to be nice...as I said not sure what changed. read more

Rated R policy sucks! My husband and I picked today to have a movie date at 12:30 for the movie US while to kids were at school. The only child we had with us was our 3 month old daughter, unfortunately Regal policy is No child under 6 in rated R movies. A 3 month old child has no clue what's going on, she sleeps most of the day and there's no one at the movies during the day, weeks after the premiere! When I asked for the manager she could not explain the policy to justify why a 3mth old that has no understanding about what she's watching on a Rated R movie couldn't come with us. I asked was it because they thought she would cry because I would leave out not to disturb the 2 other people that 'MIGHT' be in the movie with us. She said no that's not why. So this completely ruin our plans, please modify this policy because it's inconvenient for parents. read more

Overall, a nice theater. It never seems to be too crowded, which is nice. I will say that I'm upset that they no longer serve Freschetta pizza. Also, I wish the popcorn would taste a little fresher. If you are not from the area it can be hard to find since there isn't a sign. Just know it's in the back of the LA Fitness(which has a sign you can clearly see). Despite my complaints I will be returning again. Side Note: I can't believe matinee price is $9.00. Times have definitely changed. read more

I really like this theater. I have been on multiple occasions, and the staff are always friendly and efficient. The concession items are good, and the sound quality in the theater rooms is great. The theater rooms are also usually just right on temperature, and the bathrooms are always nice. They have some cool and unique candy displays too. Just a fun, professional environment. read more

No butter or candy! Place is very RUN DOWN. Bought tickets online to avoid that line and arrived to find the concession doubled as the ticket line. Lines were long and moved very slowly. We ordered popcorn and were told they were out of butter for the popcorn. Switched to candy and was told they were out of candy! Wouldn't think about free refills since the lines were so long and slow. The WHOLE place was TRASHED ! Movies were not listed on the door banners and the door handle to our room was broken and you had to twist the handle back into place to open it. No one checking tickets. Not a good movie experience at all. Not a manager in sight. No customer service. Wrong to put these young people in jobs and then not provide experience expected. NOT EVEN ONE STAR. WISH I COULD SUBTRACT STARS! Only good thing is there were 2 security officers there. You need to close if this is the product you are offering. It's an okay experience. It is very hard to find if you have never been here before. But it's easy to buy tickets once you get here. Snacks are very expensive which is typical in a movie theater. The last time I went I was singled out by an employee and was asked if I had a gun on me. When I asked why would you ask such a question ( cause you can legally carry in Georgia), she got very defensive and loud about the situation. Even though I did not have a firearm on me. Hopefully their customer service can get a little better before my next visit. I'm only giving two stars because they have cherry coke. read more
