The Georgia National Fair in Perry is the actual good one but kind of far from Atlanta. I have not been to the North Georgia State Fair. Have you ever been to a fair on in a grocery store parking lot such as Plaza Fiesta I'm Buford highway? This is similar except slightly larger. There's a lot of carnival rides and overpriced food. My problem with this fair was that none of the ticket people knew anything about the chainsaw juggling act and couldn't point me in the right direction. Nobody knew anything about the wrestling either. I eventually found the wrestling but it was hidden behind some ferris wheel. The only thing that's worth watching is the circus performance. It's definitely not Cirque du Soleil quality but it's good for the kids. Would I come here again? No. I don't think it's worth the hour drive for me.

And even with the advertised shows, we could not find anyone to tell us where a particular show was. They sort of pointed us in a random direction. And the shopping area was sort of sad tbh. Yes there are a number of vendors selling home made wares and even a few wholesalers of various items but nothing out of place for a small town festival. Some features for the kids: pony rides, face painting (pro), bungee jumps, and just about any kids food you can imagine. I would recommend a wagon or comfy stroller for those still adjusting to walking as the pavement is nice but still a scrape hazard with a few lumps and dips along the curbs. For adults there are a number of eating options price appropriately for a festival. This year they had not one but two Caribbean eateries attending serving Jamaican and Virgin Island dishes. You will have to eat something the smells wafting up and down the street cannot be ignored! Overall while a simple and smaller festival it is a great day out with the kids and a good way to stretch the legs while seeing local and traveling businesses of Georgia.

Didn't see more global cuisine outside of Mexican, Jerk or Asian. But "foodie" is a bit of a misnomer. If looking for truly elevated cuisine, better off attending the "Taste of " events. She's very personable and funny. Very caring. She is also very talented and has a knack for teaching in various ways that help you understand everything. She is a wonderful intuitive worker. She is very accomplished and busy with her work, and I feel very blessed that she had time to work with me. Her life is devoted to Divination and she is also the author of a couple books, a magazine, and some video series. She puts people first. She made learning easy for me and was very encouraging and patient when there was something I didn't understand. This was something I ended up having a true skill in, and it came to me with ease. But, it would not have come as easily without Atalanta guiding me and breaking it down. All the times that I over-thought Something she made me realize that I just needed to take a breath and think about it intuitively. She is a very inspiring person and very good at what she does. She is one of the best Spiritual teachers that I have had And I look forward to staying in touch. I'm so glad that I know how to throw bones now and it has become my favorite form of divination, hands down!! I am happy to have connected with her and have gotten to know her over the time I've talked with her. She is SO amazing. Our tour was on a Saturday, two of the wineries had live music and food for purchase. Each winery was beautifully decorated and offered wine and cute gifts to purchase. The tastings are held inside but you have an opportunity to walk outside and explore. Stacy, our driver was amazing. He arrived a few minutes before the schedule pick-up time. At each destination he was attentive and periodically checked on everyone in my party. He was available if we needed anything and communicated the times to ensure we were on schedule. He also was an awesome camera man. The Cana team was very professional and responsive to all questions and inquiries. Overall it was an unforgettable experience and I enjoyed celebrating my birthday with them.

I got my friends together for a mid-week game night and we had about 10-15 of us in this mobile gaming truck. I love that you get multiple activities when you book -- you get bowling, karaoke, games, AND laser tag for the price of one! If you're hosting for a kid this would be perfect during a pretty day. All participants were told that they could request a refund when the event had been rescheduled. As of Nov. 4th the event still has not been rescheduled and participants are still waiting for a refund. There is only one method for communication with neon dash and that is by emailing info@neondash.com. I have done so three times and they refused to offer a refund before scheduling a date (even though we are nearly a month after we were supposed to have attended the event) and are now ignoring my emails. They are also still trying to sell tickets to the Oct 11th event on their website.... avoid this business and find a different fun run.
