Flash Entertainment booked Muddy Sandals for our 50th Anniversary celebration. It was a blast from the past with all of the great music and song selections. It could not have been a better experience -- everything went exactly as planned. All of our guests have said it was the best band and party since college! Complete Desire is THE BEST!!! They played at my sister's wedding in VA and then we got them to travel to Cape Cod, MA for my own wedding two hear later. And both times they were incredible! If you want a packed dance floor and people talking about your wedding band for years to come, this is the band for you. They were so good, two of my best friends had them play at their weddings too! I am now just sad I don't have a Complete Desire wedding on my calendar to look forward to. My friends and I are already talking about 40th birthday parties and using them :) read more

Established in 1994.

Flash Entertainment Services is headed by Rodney "Flash" Epps. Flash is a music veteran with decades of experience in the music industry. Flash has been a band leader for over 25 years. In his career, he has performed all over the United States and in many other countries of the world. Having dealt with a multitude of personalities, cultures and problems that sometimes occur, he has developed a unique insight to what makes bands not only work but stand out from the rest. With this insight, Flash is able to give clients peace of mind knowing that entertainment is not something for them to worry about and that their guests will leave the event having had the best time ever. All of our special event bands are owned and managed by Rodney "Flash" Epps. With each member being personally hired by Flash, we are confident in the quality of musicians that you entrust your special day to.

Flash Entertainment Services is under the leadership of RODNEY "FLASH" EPPS, a veteran in the music world, who is not only a superb musician and sound technician, but a highly respectable and experienced business man. He has toured and performed in many countries and all over the United States with such renowned artists as The Drifters, The Tams, The Shirelles, Martha & THE Vandellas, Carla Thomas, Clarence Carter, Roy C, Marvin Sease and The Platters. Over the years of learning from such national and international artists, he knows what to do and what not to do to satisfy the audiences and the top-notch entertainers and crew members he uses to make the show a smashing sucess.

They are definitely a high-energy band that utilizes high-energy dance moves, and audience participation to keep things interesting. While I appreciated the coordinated dance moves, I found the audience participation was a bit much and disrupted the flow of the concert. Some band members went into the audience to initiate audience participation and some audience members were called on stage to dance and interact. A little bit of this goes a long way but too much can be well, TOO MUCH. As far as the band goes, the music was on point. However, the voices weren't very strong and some of the songs just fell flat. Overall, they did a great job of engaging and entertaining the crowd it just didn't work for us.
