I had been wanting to have a necklace made for my twin sister and I out of the diamonds from my mother's jewelry that was given to us when she passed. This gift card motivated me to get this done and wear something that belonged to my precious mother. We loved meeting Frank the owner and he walked us through the process. My boyfriend took his watch in to get the bezel replaced and they said they would order the part to get it done. He never got a call once the part came in and had to finally go in after 3 months to check on it. Once he picked up the watch, 2 days later water got inside and he had to take it back in to get it cleaned and have the bezel put back on correctly. After 2 months of no response or update, he went back into the store and was told it wasn't ready because they were "sick the past 3 days" and it would be ready Friday, meanwhile the watch has been there for 2 months. Finally went back in today to pick up the watch and it still hasn't been touched. He brings it to the back to fix the bezel and comes back up front and says "nothing can get this bezel off" the bezel pops right off with just my bf putting his fingernail underneath it. We finally left after so much frustration and no fix. Do not recommend this place whatsoever! read more

If you plan to take a watch that's 25,000 dollars to them don't , I took my complete diamond set Cartier , to them to see if they could find out what's causing my face to the watch cloud up . After I had just took it somewhere else and they said it was a gasket and the screw on the back of case . But they didn't replace the gaskets . So I found this company He asked me to hand him the watch so I did he came back out from the back and said "there's a screw missing what do people not know how to put things back together " I said idk I just got the watch , he said he didn't have a original screw so I asked for him to put another after market one in , but he never brought up the possible leakage from the seal . He than asked me "how much did you pay for this watch " I said "why do you ask is something wrong " He than goes "it's not any of my business but you do what you want with your money " He goes to the back to replace screw comes out and I tell him what I paid for it He than says this is not real . It's something that someone gets for 100 dollars, The diamonds aren't real . They are CZ I REPLY NO THEY ARENT HE THAN SAYS , Yea I have a diamond tester I'll show you , He gets the tester they come back as diamond , He goes false alarm , Than he went to the bracelet part and wasn't touching the small diamonds so it wasn't beeping than he says well it is what it is . After I pay he goes "I'm sorry" Me "for what" Him " that you spend so much money on a watch and it's not real" It pissed me off , I have a watch tech in cinco ranch T and M watch repair , they do work on my Rolex , but they are in cinco ranch so I couldn't drive all the way over there , but I did it anyway to see if this company was Bs me , And sure enough my watch repair tech said everything is original, the movement and everything else , diamonds are real , it just needed to be sealed . My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Regal Jewelers. Her wedding rings needed to be resized for about a year and I was hesitant about taking them to the store because I wanted to make sure that the resizing was perfect and accurate. My wife wanted to go up 1.5 size to be safe. Michael advised us to stick to sizing up only 1 size and even told us that the ring I bought was a different size than what we thought! Michael was incredibly courteous and helpful! He walked us through the resizing process and methods to ensure that the quality of my wife's rings remained intact. We were able to pick it up the next day! When my wife received her rings, we were both amazed at how gleaming and shiny they were. They looked even better from when I bought them! Michael showed us a picture of him cutting the ring--just like he promised and also shared that he made sure to clean the ring so it looked better than new. In the past 5 years I have had three special jewelry items that we designed working with Frank, Mike and Sherry. These were a topaz pendant with diamond, a diamond engagement ring, and just yesterday I picked up a special pair of diamond earrings that were designed and made to match a ring of my wife's. It is almost unbelievable how well the earrings match the ring! Each of these 3 items are special in that they are unique, 1 of a kind, designed and made at their gallery. My husband and I purchased 4 rings from Regal a few months back. One engagement ring and 2 diamond bands for me, and one CUSTOM wedding ring for my husband. This was an order totaling almost $4,000 in CASH and was a 20th wedding anniversary gift to ourselves. What started out to be a great experience ended in the worst anniversary I've ever had. Everything was normal for about 4 months and then the diamonds in my engagement ring fell out one after another. After 9 trips back and forth to the store, 10 different diamonds being replaced, someone decided to use gold solder on my white gold ring, because whoever was "fixing" it had NO CLUE what they are doing, my ring was ruined. It literally looked like someone had taken a hammer to my ring, the diamonds were crooked and the entire top was tilted. My husband brought the ring home and I could not wear it, I was so devastated and embarrassed. I brought my rings back up to the store, and asked for my money back and THE OWNER proceeded to get in my face, SCREAM AT ME, AND CALL ME A LIAR! In the end I did get my money back, but this whole experience RUINED what was supposed to be a milestone in our marriage. I went to Zales off of 249 and Spring Cypress and I got a BIGGER and BETTER ring for LESS MONEY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS LOW CLASS STORE.
