Ordering tickets to this theater on the Internet requires you to buy tickets via a third party site called Fandango which adds a service fee of $1.25 onto the price of each ticket without advance warning before clicking on the "purchase" button. This is a sneaky and outrageous fee. You would be advised to never order tickets in advance over the internet and just buy them at the ticket window at the theater unless you were afraid a show might sell out before you get there. When I informed the Manager of the fee I had been charged on 2 senior tickets for a total of $20 he refunded my credit card internet purchase and gave me two free passes which obviously made me very happy. Being retired I usually just wait until a movie has been playing a long time before seeing it to avoid crowds; am in no rush to make the movie makers rich; even "Senior" rates are disgustingly high these days and I can easily wait to see most any movie on BluRay or DVD and watch on my big screen TV at my leisure. Have been to a theater in Frederick, MD where the manager took nearly an hour to begrudgingly refund tickets since sound level was at eardrum piercing level and would not consider reducing the volume for anyone. The sound level at this theater is somewhat loud, but earplugs reduce volume to tolerable level. read more

I HAVE experienced better, there and elsewhere! My husband and I drove up to Everett for some business and decided to have lunch and a movie. We stopped my the Regal Cinemas. Tickets were $17.00 snack bar for 1 large popcorn and 1 medium popcorn and 1 medium soda as $19.75. You would think, that for 20 bucks you would not get stale popcorn..it was the worst! Also the aisle way of the screen number 16 was dirty with left over junk. Kind of smelled bad and the bathroom was not real clean either. Thumbs up on the movie but down on the environment! read more

Great place. Nice big concession stand so your not scared your gunna be waiting in line to long. Great stadium seating. Rocking chairs and moveable armrests. Great for kids too read more

My go to movie place-clean,comfy,well lit and friendly staff :) would recommend going during the day, cuz it's quieter.

This is our go-to location because 1) the Entertainment Book has discount coupons, 2) if you get a Regal Card you can earn free tickets and snacks (which seem to add up quicker than you would think), 3) the people are friendly, 4) they have enough screens to always be playing whatever it is we want to see, and 5) their popcorn ROCKS! Nuff said. read more

We ordered corn dogs and we got directed to the hot food line. We stayed there for over 30 minutes and received our other item, but never got the corn dogs. We asked for a refund and by then we were late for our movie. Terrible service. read more

I went to this theater twice with a large group of teens for work this summer. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our large group. They assisted us in getting free cups and water for the group and gave us a ton of individual size boxes for popcorn sharing. They also made it very easy to get tickets and get into the movie considering the size of our group (about 20 people). Great experience! read more

What a nice job they have done remaking the mall movie theater. Leaps and bounds beyond what they used to have here. Did not have to wait long for tickets. They also have an incentive program that has no sign up, simply bring the card back to rack up points. Handy cap parking seemed a bit limited but that side of the mall isn't too crowded so other parking is plentiful. read more

Comfortable, and they now check your bags and in my case purse. Ever since that tragic shooting in CO. I think its great makes me feel safe. The prices of there food are typical and well don't buy anything unless I forgot to go to Winn Co. and or QFC for snacks lol & if I am hungry. If you ask for a cup of water they give you this little cup. Hmm they don't even offer to fill it for you. You have to go search for a water fountain lol. Other than that typical Movie theater. read more

Theater seats easy to access, but the screen was very small. Not at all worth the $13 per ticket we didn't have to pay, since we had prepaid tickets from Costco for about $8. I give it an extra star because it was very clean and had great seats. Won't be going back. read more

customer service is shit. i waited in line for 20 min and then they said i couldn't see the movie cuz i showed up late

No warning what so ever to me you only get one strike and your out absolutely ridiculous vary disappointed and stupid over priced

Quick fast customer service.. clean restrooms. Hot popcorn! When you purchase a drink popcorn combo candy drops to $3 instead of $5..

We purchased our tickets for the Hobbit 3D and it was amazing. The seats are faux leather; they recline and rock. The 3D is so much better than the marysville theater. I do not think I will go back to the Marysville theatre now that I have discovered Everett. read more

Typical multiplex theater experience. Overpriced concessions, crappie food, a mixture of large, medium, and small screens. Wish they did a better job describing which movie is in which theater. It seems if you don't want 3D you might get stuck in a dinky cramped backwoods theater. read more

Service was so so, but the prices and pop corn terrible. When you normally go to a theater you normally get this great vibe, but when I come to this location it seems like everyone is on zombie mode. read more

I was waiting at the customer service counter so they can put my ticket points on my card i was waiting for 5 mins then another couple came finally after 7 mins asked one of the ticket takers if he can get someone to help us he politely said he called someone it will just take a min or 2 i told him its been 5-10 mins already. Finally after 10ish mins we see a girl with no hurry walking as slow as she could to help us at the counter i mean wheres the service in customer service. people needed to see a movie. she did not say thank you for waiting or anything. Other then that the food counter service is great. The ticket booth employees are great alsoThe theather just need a little bit scrubbing it smelled like pee a little. read more

I think this low rating has more to do with movie theaters in general. The Blue Mouse or the Landmark Crest Cinema Centers are some of the few theaters that I would give more than 3 stars to in the first place. Why? Because of what you get, based on what you PAY. Movies should be cheap... Food at the movies should be cheap as well. Overpriced crappy theater "food", overpriced tickets, eh, its almost become a tradition... But seriously though, I have nothing against this theater. But yeah, they are competing with Alderwood and a few others in the area, so... Time to "up the game", guys... read more

I always like going to this theater over other theaters in the area. A dollar or two cheaper than alderwood. The stadium seating is great and as long as you get there early for popular releases you'll get good seats. read more

Cinema is Ok, Decent snack selection. Overpriced but what else is new. Mostly Clean and not too packed, depends when you go see a movie.

My husband and I went here for the first time today. The facility seemed clean and well maintained. The theater chairs were comfortable and the workers were nice. The only thing this theater doesn't offer that I like is the ability to add your own butter. Ultimately, I would recommend this theater and I am sure we will return. read more

It's cool I like it.. I do sneak in chicken nuggets and candy because they will rip you off if you buy anything there. And chicken nuggets are just better read more

Don't waste time with these theaters. The theater smells like an old gym looker, The staff is rude and they have routine of walking thru the theater halfway with this large flashlight that reminds me of the one that ramp people use to direct airplanes to the gate, rather distracting. I have even seen the staff harassing a handicapped guy.. AMC Alderwood Mall is just a few miles south with a lot better facilities . read more

Me and my husband go to these theaters all the time. It is not very large rooms, but it never gets too busy either. It is a good theater complex. We've never had a problem watching any movies there and we go a lot! read more

Rude management, dismissive and distasteful. I won't ever, EVER spend a penny at this establishment again.

Never have had a bad visit here. I will make the drive just to have the reclined seats, although you can't reserve seats in advance (only bummer). Just your standard movie theater, on the smaller side, but I'm perfectly fine with that. Always ample amount of parking and with the AMC across the street in the mall parking lot, Id much rather come here, with promising parking and less foot & car traffic. Nothing OMG about the theater, but I love love the recliner seats. I refuse to sit in a movie and not recline anymore! It's too uncomfortable. read more

I was just looking for movie times but happened upon this instead and saw some nasty 1 stars about management and felt the need to write my own. This year I've gone to several movies at this theater. The last one, management came around and offered to take some people in line to make the line go faster. . .granted there was only 1 cashier so it was warranted but it was still a nice gesture. Also one time I was in line getting food and had picked up a candy and opted to go with a different item instead so put it back but got charged for the item they remembered me holding as well. . .When I got home I called them and talked to a manager. . .realizing it shouldn't have been 17 bucks for my snacks. The management looked up my transaction on the video tape and realized I was charged for the extra candy and offered to send me a movie ticket which they did promptly. It was handled politely and quickly. read more

it's a nice big location with fun arcade games and food. However, my boyfriend and I took my little sister to a movie last night and a blonde manager rudely snapped at my little sister, she wasn't wearing shoes in the theater- which i understand could be a rule. but instead of asking "please put your shoes on" she looks right at her and practically yells "put your shoes on". My sister is 11, obviously is/looks like a young girl. We were also in the theater as the movie was playing, and she also was yelling at people in the theater to stay quiet due to complaint. It probably would've been a lot easier to have just asked each party nicely and quietly to stay quiet. Over all that woman was just rude and needless to say quite unpleasant. read more

It's part of Everett mall. So it's a good place to do some shopping and then go see a movie. It's a very nice theater. Always clean and well-maintained. Usually a good selection of first run movies. They have a good rewards program there. I would recommend this theater to anyone. read more

After checking Movies.com and Moviefone.com online we decided to see Ex Machina at this theatre. After taking the bus there, my wife and I were very surprised to be told that the movie was in the RPX format. I mentioned to them that there was no notice of that online. They replied that it was only on the Fandango site that would mention the RPX format. We are senior citizens and paid $29.00 for the matinee. We complained to the manager and it was like talking to a bag of rocks, no concern whatsoever. The seats were the worst (no Im not exaggerating) seats in any theatre I ever been to. The movie did not appear to me or my wife to be any different than regular format movies. Would not recommend this theatre to anyone, Lowes in Alderwood would have charged us $13.00 and has much better theatre seating and doesn't need gimmicks. read more

This is our theater of choice! We visit at least once a week and LOVE it! Their theaters are always clean and staff is always friendly! We love the $1 movies that they offer in the summer for the kids as well! Thanks Regal! read more

Poor customer service. Dropped my credit card under my seat while watching a movie. Realized it too late and was forced to purchase another movie ticket to go in there for 30 seconds to grab my card that was literally just sitting under my seat. Been a loyal movie goer here for a long time and go out of my way to go to this theater when there are many options closer...will be rethinking this from now on! read more

My man phill just don't stop.. let me sing to him and all with a huge line behind me. All in all he definitely holds it down

The regal theater is a great theater to go to during the summer to enjoy a movie, the staff are prompt and respectful the area is clean and organized while the glass is smear free the claw machines aren't rigged like most theaters the games are entertaining and the staff at the consentions are respectful the bathrooms are clean and the theater area is clean the staff are prompt at their job I will return over and over for their staffs smiles read more

It's a nice movie theater. It was always clean, and when you got a problem with something everyone's trying to help !

Nice theater. Friendly staff. Last time we went to the one there with some sort of upgraded sound. It was pretty awesome. This time a regular one and it wasn't anything to brag about. Kind of small screen too. Will be back. read more

THE MOVIE THEATRE ITSELF WAS IN DECENT CONDITION. THE MALE EMPLOYEE AT THE CONSESSION STAND WAS GREAT. First repurchase the refillable popcorn and the refillable sodas a pretzel and a pizza for the kids.... Our hands were full. We entered the movie and begin watching Spider-Man. Great movie btw! Finally I decided I wanted my cup of coffee. I headed to the concession stand. There was only one lady in front of me. She was rude and inconsiderate and continue to ask questions and expected explanations. 10 minutes goes by 10 more minutes go by.... Now were at 20+ minutes for a cup of coffee. Clearly they are under staffed and or employees are not following protocol. There were several other employees around. It should be policy if there is a line of paying customers other employees should be jumping in there in assisting. NOT WATCHING!!! There were four customers behind me also waiting. It kind of sucks to pay for a movie that is short already Spider-Man and missed 20 to 30 minutes of it due to lack of staff. This should be something that is corrected in resolved. BAD BUSSINESS read more

very good seats ,good price, good memories .best movie theater i been at.

It's a very clean place and everytime i buy tickets they are very friendly just like any other theater the food and stuff there is expensive but its really nice inside the theater and a person always comes in the room with the red light checking for things just at the beginning of the movie which is good just in case read more

The management seems conscientious about keeping their patrons happy. At the end of our movie tonight, just as the closing credits started rolling, the manager shut the projector down to make an announcement. She was going to give everyone in the theater a free movie ticket. All because of a projector mishap that caused a line to appear on the left-hand side of the screen for the entire movie; a line that I didn't even notice! Kudos to the manager for making sure everyone got their money's worth...and then some. read more
