Great location on the edge of Everett Mall. Very convenient. Lots of parking. We purchased our tickets online and were able to walk right in. Staff was extremely accommodating. Interiors were impeccable. Love the stadium style seating...not a bad seat in the house. The bright festive lobby was very inviting. Dynamic large screen and surround sound made for great and entertaining experience. read more

It's an older theater however we like to reserve our seats and recline if possible for the movie experience.

Had a good experience and it was easy to navigate. Prices for snacks werent too bad like some places.

They charge the same amount as most others, and it's really not as good as those. For what you pay, maybe they could get better seating. The "plush" seating, isn't so "plush"! If you pay about they same here as one with the nice reclining seats....why can't they spring for those here?? At least make my 2 hours spent here, comfortable!! read more

shhhhhh......... don't tell anyone, but this is my favorite spot to watch a late night movie in Everett. The theater always almost empty and sometime you can make out in there. We done it a few times. lol read more

I visited this theatre for the first time on Halloween to see Frankenweenie with a friend. I usually prefer Regal theatres, so I was happy to go here. The theatre is basically a part of the Everett Mall, which means there is plenty of parking even though it is a popular movie spot. The staff was friendly, the bathrooms were clean, and the theatre seats were comfortable. Our specific theatre seemed a little on the small side, but I'm sure they have larger ones for the big opening movies each week. The sound was very good, especially for a children's movie (often times I have noticed that children's movies appear quieter, though I am not sure why). We had some annoying children with inattentive parents in our row, but we were still able to hear the movie just fine. Overall, I was pleased with this theatre and would return in the future. read more

I used fandango with mobile check in! It was great for beating the ticket line. Prices were good $11 adult & $8 kids. We got here about 40 minutes early and waited in line for staff to clean the theater, which is interesting because there is popcorn all over the floor and it smells like the circus. Truly, it reminds me of elephant dung. There are plenty of video games at the front to keep the kids busy while waiting. The theater is not huge which is great. I have been here before so give a 3 but this smell is bad! If I wasn't with the kids (they are so excited) I would leave and ask for a refund. read more

Been here several times, actually came to the Grand Opening where movies, popcorn & soda was $1.00! No gimmicks! For like a whole week, it was awesome! But I came here last night to watch Breaking Dawn with my boyfriend & I have to say, for a Friday night the movie theatre wasn't too crowded. Maybe because our movie played at 10:50pm, who knows? But I loved how it wasn't crowded at all! They have love seats that are super comfortable! Snacks of course, are EXPENSIVE! But what movie theatre doesn't tax on food & drinks, right? Overall, a good experience & of course, I'll be back! My gym is right next door & it's the nicest & only theatre in Everett unless I want to make a trip down to the theatre in Lynnwood by the crowded Alderwood Mall. Just sayin' read more

This was a first. Went to see a new movie, but waited a few weeks so the theater wouldn't be packed. I hate overcrowded theaters. The crowd was sparse and the seats were good. The popcorn and Coke were passable. Could have been a really nice evening. So what was so bad? The sound from the theater next door made it impossible to enjoy our movie. It was like a ghetto neighbor having a keg party next door or something. Really hard to follow the dialog on our movie with boom boom boom and music going on through the whole thing. I have NEVER had an issue like this at any theater. Asked for a manager but finally left after waiting for 10 minutes. What a waste of my money and time. I will NOT be back. read more

Its very good theater not too big but it is quite size Dining and lots of shopping malls are next to it And it is very friendly to customer read more

Where do I start? The concession stand. Being 35 years old I've encountered my fair share of punk 16 year old kids who work concessions , but it wasn't until I went to this theater with my husband and brother last night that I was given severe tude and eye rolling about our very uncomplicated order The theater is filthy spilled popcorn everywhere. This theater seems like what one should expect in Everett. White trash, methy type of movie theater. Will drive the extra 7 miles to alderwood. read more

We see movies about once a week, sometimes twice, sometimes two in a row (ugh), so I've tried out all the local theaters. This theater is my favorite of them all. The staff is the friendliest, the manager has been super helpful to us more than once and he's always very friendly. I like that they serve the large popcorn in a bucket instead of the cheap bags AMC uses. If you have a membership card, which is free (AMC's costs $15), you will almost always get a special deal on something - cheap candy, free popcorn, free soda, 2/1 tickets, etc. And you earn points towards rewards as well. But the main reason we go here is because the seats don't give me a backache like the ones at AMC do. We've gotten to the point that we don't ask what's playing, we ask what's playing at Everett Mall. :) read more

It's clean but parking is a bear!

Though this is my first review on Yelp for this theater, but I have been here many, many times. Why do I keep going back to this theater over others? Everything! The staff is amazing. They truly believe in customer service and always strive to make the experience a great one. The theaters are well lit during the previews and just dark enough when the movie starts. The seats are comfortable, they recline and the arm rests move! The RPX theater is AMAZING! Seats are bigger and more comfortable, sound is crisper and screen is clearer. If you are close to Everett and want a great movie experience, come to Regal Everett Mall. read more

My wife and I like to watch movies so we're at the theaters a lot. This isn't that big of a place, but it doesn't usually get too crowded. If you can fit a matinee into your schedule, there is usually no crowd at all. They usually do a good job of keeping the theater clean. I was never grossed out watching here. The only negative I have is the concession stand service is always really slow. Always. But other than that, its a good theater. read more

Every time I have gone to this theater I promise myself I will not return. Not sure why I torture myself? Short memory I guess. The parking is awful, the inside is always dirty and unkempt, and the restrooms are very cramped. The walkway between the rows of stalls is so narrow that it's "one way." No room for people to come and go at the same time. The friendliness of employees varies greatly from "friendly" to "don't bother me." Being a newer theater in the area, and considering this climate, it would make sense that ticket purchasing would be indoors. However, it is outside, and I have never come here when there was not a long wait in line. In the future, I would rather miss a movie than return to this particular theater. read more

The seats are the only thing better than AMC yet to find a good nice theater here in this area. Parking is a nightmare you'd think it's Christmas out there. I can here the theaters on either side through the walls! It looks old and the seats are better but not great. Very disappointed because Regal is hit or miss. Some of their theaters I love. Guess my search continues... Going to try iPic in Redmond next... AMC seats just are not worth it... Got to be a better place read more

So, I was coming here all the time when I was a moviepass subscriber but since I cancelled that account, I have still been coming here. The theaters are clean and comfortable. The lines for concessions can be long but I think that is more on indecisive customers than the staff. You can reserve seats at the RPX movies but 1st come, 1st served in the other ones. It isn't usually packed though. There was a homeless guy talking to himself and causing a little bit of a scene and no one did anything about it once, but overall it is nice normal theater. read more

SEE MORNING SHOWS, WHILE THE KIDS ARE SLEEPING This place tries hard, but the clientele ruins it. It's all mall kids, and they talk and text so you can't pay attention to the movie. I am a movie lover and when I go to places like this it depresses me as I see the theatre experience degenerating into such a terrible state. The first movie I saw here was PG-13 and it was a free for all with how everyone was talking, like I was at a high school cafeteria lunch. Saw a R film, and the couple next to me texted the entire movie. The best experience here was when I saw Killing Them Softly at 1130. No kids, no jerks, no texting. Great experience. Jerks in theaters is universal, but more south you go, the better the theatre experience is. But this mall theater is ground zero of obnoxious, movie-ruining crowds. The Alderwood theaters are a little better. Northgate Regal is excellent. Hate to sound like an old man here, but the moviegoers here have zero respect for movies or anyone else. Sad, especially as the staff and physical aspect of the theater is pretty damn good, and save it from being a one star review. read more

awful service, all employees were ignoring me at the front when i was asking them for popcorn

Steer clear of Ashley! Wow. I remember being 15 and all, but do you really hate your job that much? Dismissive, rude, and short with customers is not the way to be. I just paid $25 for theater food, be a little nicer to people. You were not too busy to deliver a quality customer service experience, Ashley. I truly hope you grow up a little. Rude, rude, rude. read more

Regal Cinemas at Everett Mall is in great need of a refresh. The theater is not bad my any means, but compared to the competition, it is not the best. I would highly recommend using AMC Woodinville over this theater. The Everett Mall parking lot is also very confusing and Everett is not known for having the best crime trends. The parking is clearly the worst part of this theater though, which I do understand is the fault of the mall (who is more of a vacant ghost town then a mall). read more

While definitely not my favorite theater in the area, it is a whole lot better than the one it replaced. My biggest complaint is having to drive all the way around the mall to get to the theater, tons of stop signs, pedestrians and traffic. The last movie I saw was in a surprisingly small theater, but I believe most are normal size. Like all regal theaters prices for movies and food are high. I do try to save money by using my regal card, this does save money if you go to the movies regularly. Its also nice that they let you upgrade the small rewards you get for a 1$ or 2$. Movies are expensive, but a good way to stay entertained and pass the time. read more

The screens are too small unless its the one RPX screen. We go to the cinemas often, we avoid this place when we can.

This theater has to be my favorite in the area. The location is close to home and the fact that its at the Everett Mall makes it a lot easier to find parking than if you were to go to AMC at Alderwood. The chairs are comfortable and the theaters are always very clean. The only bad thing I can say about this place is about the popcorn. It usually is all kernels or hard pieces, which is not really what you want to find in your bag after paying 7 bucks for the stuff. read more

So there's two parts to this review, and I'll be brief for both. First: the theater is rather nice and well-kept given the age of this shopping center. I was surprised of the quality and there's several screens so there's usually a fair amount of choices. Second: The RPX experience? Well the promotional material I found online says its a bigger screen with dual projection (for evenly-distributed light and clarity), 9.1 channel audio, comfy chairs. Basically, a superior experience to your normal theater-going trip. HOWEVER, what it turned out to be is an extra $5 for an underwhelming movie experience. I saw M:I Rogue Nation, which I found to be a good movie, and had that not been the case I would have been furious about spending nearly $16 for a ticket. Other people were walking out of the same showing and were complaining to one another about the experience (not the movie). In conclusion: see a movie for regular price and don't bother with RPX. If Everett isn't your cup of tea then drive to Alderwood or get a better experience for less via IMAX at Bellevue, Seattle or whatever other theater has an IMAX screen. read more

Worse customer service! I purchased tickets online (like I usually do) and was told that I now have to have them printed out!! I asked if there was anything the manager can do for us and he said NO. I was expecting to at least help with a place to print or honor the tickets Ive purchased. Ruined mine and my daughters night!! read more

Tonight I bought tickets to a regular showing, showed up early, and the theater was packed. (Which I'm not complaining about, It's Mother's Day weekend and it's a new movie) The only open seats were the front row which I couldn't do without getting a migraine so I decided to go see if If could exchange my tickets for the movie that was two hours later. The lady as the customer service desk noticed we had already bought popcorn and drinks so she went ahead and upgraded our tickets to RPX (which was only 40 minutes away instead of us having to find something to do for 2 hours). It was super sweet of her and i'm super grateful! We all had a great, and comfortable experience! read more

I've only ever gone to this theater during the day and I absolutely love it because it's usually pretty empty. Price is okay, I think it's like $11.50 for an adult ticket for a regular movie and it has your standard typical overpriced food/drinks. It's the closest theater to my house which is why I go here. Seats are pretty comfy and it's clean for the most part! Haven't been here at night and I probably won't plan on it anytime soon but if you like watching movies where people aren't whispering loudly throughout or teenagers obnoxiously talking/laughing, I HIGHLY recommend going during the day! I don't know if it's just me or not, but I've become very disenchanted with this theater. Mostly due to their continued process of having an attendant walk through the middle of the theater, with their bright orange wand, half way through the movie. When I go to a movie there, I usually spend $30-$50. With such an expense, I expect to be captured by the movie and taken away for a couple hours. I've mentioned this issue to the immediate management on various occasions and I've written to Regal Theaters. There's been no positive response. I've returned multiple times with the anticipation that maybe it'll get better. It hasn't. So, sorry to say, they will no longer be getting my movie dollars. Alderwood Mall is just slightly farther away, and is well worth the un-interrupted movie experience. read more

The remodel to the RPX theater is fantastic. Reserved seating with leather recliners makes this place fantastic.

When headed to Everett Cinemas to see Slumdog Millionaire (excellent movie) because the timing was right. This theater is not taken care of at all. Okay, so to begin with I am a snob when it comes to design - so, I'll set aside the terrible carpet and lighting. The restrooms had no toilet paper, the counters were all wet, and you have to reach over them to use the softly-blowing hand dryers; towels are not an option here. Although the advertisement prior to the movie asked us to help them keep the theater clean by picking up our trash, I was wondering if I was supposed to be on restroom duty too. read more

I love this theater - my husband and I won't go anywhere else now. It's nice, clean and comfortable, but the best thing about it for us is that they have the most amazing captioning devices we've ever seen. They have these glasses that literally make the captions float right over the screen and you can adjust the position! My husband is deaf and I'm hearing, but I check out a caption device for myself too because they are so great and I just like having captions. They even have an insert for 3D movies! I can't even explain how much better these are than the glitchy cup holder devices. Thank you for being so accessible Everett Regal! read more

Yes parking is not good, but their customer service is amazing. After totally being pissed by Fandango, I was not able to get my tickets for a movie night with my Dad. The show was minutes away from starting and although Fandango had taken my money there was no way to get the tickets, to no avail at the box office I went inside to Guest Services and the young lady there was very compassionate and immediately printed out tickets for both my stepdad and I on the house! I once worked for Regal and I know their track record for customer service hasn't been that great, but this was an amazing example of going above and beyond for the customer! Definitely going back! read more

Standard, relatively clean movie theater. Overpriced food and beverages, just like any other movie theater, but lines are obnoxiously slow for some reason. We switch between this and Alderwood, usually one of these theaters are playing what we wanted to see. read more

We went to see a movie here last week. The line wasn't long but moved really slow as we stood there the line got longer and longer. By the time we reached the box office with one employee working the line was 30 deep. The nice and friendly employee behind the counter was asking for help on the radio. He did not get a response he called for help 3 times without a reply of even an acknowledgment. He said the other were probably playing video games? As we approached the food court I noticed 5 employees behind the counter with 2 people in line. So I looked around and noticed 5 people standing at guest services, in line of corse with no one assisting them. There wasn't anyone behind the desk? Strange who is in charge here? I asked at the food court and a very young man said he was the manager? I had just interrupted him as he was chatting and laughing with his crew. One person was actually working. I told him about the line out front and he said yes he knew about it. Still no one went to help out at the box office. The "manager" started working on the till behind the food court counter with his head down and 3 people in line now? How can you manage a theater while on a till ? You can't. I know I have a lot of management experience in the retail industry. Eventually I saw an older gentleman come out at guest devices. I asked him if he was the anger and yes he was another person in charge. I told h about the line and his response was well I just got here. ? Still the line out front is long the food court employees chatting with each other. We went into the movie... We don't go to Everett often for movies but I can't help to think what a strange laid back way to manage ? Cross train get the lines down and have some organization quit chatting with the staff and get them going. Just a thought. Otherwise the movie and popcorn was good read more
