At one point these guys showed up at my house outta the blue; knowingly came into my home without my permission to do more crappy work. I told the owner Jason that his workers trespassed my home while i was in the hospital... , and his response? "At least they finished the floor." No accountability, no apology, no empathy--absolutely nothing! I ended up having to report this violation to the police. Continued sharing my direct experience with his company, and the owner responded that was its my word against there workers. smh I couldn't believe my ears. The floor they installed is a disaster, full of cracks and gaps, and they refuse to put down molding, claiming it doesn't come with a brand new floor. So They don't care that dirt and moisture will seep into those gaps and eventually ruin the floor underneath! The job wasn't properly assessed for an accurate quote as they informed me they ran out of budget and abruptly left the property an unfinished mess with trash scattered over my porch, and other areas. It was then they trespassed without my knowledge in an attempt to finish the job beyond my availability I had already discussed and made very known that all work must be complete before my surgery. Prior to them ignoring my instructions and violating my privacy anyway, The owner texted me, threatening that he will not correct or complete any of the work unless I removed my completely justified negative review. Seriously? what kind of business owner punishes paying customers (my landlord) because someone else shared a bad experience with the company? It's absolutely ridiculous! This shady mindset leads to shady practices and a total lack of integrity. Do yourself a favor--don't trust this company! Hire real professionals instead. They had one poor worker laying flooring all by himself for a whole week and tried to blame us residents when the job took weeks longer than expected. The company seems poorly ran as their workers left trash they were supposed to take with them to the dump, left it on my porch, within my storage area and even stuffed it into my trash bins, leaving me unable to use them for my own trash This company is horrible and produces amateur work as I have pics and video displaying such. Get ur moneys worth with a real professional company that priorities your satisfaction. This company is a slum company that cuts corners and does not provide quality work. If I owned my residence, I would sue the hell outta this company!

Him and his assistant were very careful to put down protective mats/cloths to keep our house clean during the project, including our garage where the tile was cut. Throughout the process we have been struck by the craftsmanship, attention to detail, excellent level of communication and clear desire to make us happy ("we just want to see you smile") that we have experienced. All of the other 5 star reviews have aptly captured the experience that we did, so I will not go into as great detail as I normally would. The design process was easy - our designer asked pertinent questions that helped us hone our visions and thoughts into reality. We felt seen and heard, in terms of defining our wants, needs, finances, etc. Demolition was extremely fast, and the teams made sure to keep the house as clean as possible throughout the entire process. Each person who worked on our house demonstrated a dedication to quality, and whenever an issue arose, it was rapidly addressed and remedied. The workmanship is noteworthy. When it came down to the final punch list, and fixing the minor details (I tend to be fastidious and overly observant about the detail work), there was no issue, and the work was beautifully completed. The billing and payment process is comprehensive, very clearcut and very easy to understand and follow from the outset, which also made the experience seamless. I would like to mention that dRemodeling has a cleaning team that they have clean the areas that have not only been worked on but also impacted by the construction. We found that they are now offering the cleaning team as a separate service, called dReal Deal Clean. My husband and I had been wanting to remodel our kitchen but the hardest part was finding an honest company with a great reputation and plentiful, honest reviews. I think I had a list of final 2 but dRemodeling won our business because everything is done by them. Our first meeting was with our assigned designer, Amber, and she is as talented as is patient and helpful. She was super transparent and explained the process from beginning to end. She walked us through pricing, options, timelines, and anything else that goes into a remodel. She kept in contact the entire process and was always a quick call/email away with answers to any additional questions that sprung to mind. What I really, really valued from dRemodeling was the fact that they have their own demo workers/installers. I did not want to work with a company that used 3rd party contractors because there isn't much liability. And it's really hard to find a GC and trust them to complete a job well done if it isn't a referral. Everyone that came through wore a company t-shirt, was professional and polite. Tri was our project manager and he was so goooood. He would check-in to the home regularly and ensure things were moving along and getting done the right way. We had an issue with getting our brand new counters into our city house but Tri was able to track down ample people to make it happen the day of! A true gem to say the least. Even when the project concluded, there were a few minor little things I noticed after-the-fact but it was immediately resolved the very next day (no delay, no questions asked, just a resolution). And lastly, Dan, the owner. I didn't have much interaction with him but he did call me mid-way through the project to ask for any feedback (both good and bad) and see how things were. It says a lot when an owner takes great pride in their businesses; I respect that immensely. We overheard him teaching one of his crew as they worked where he'd say things like "this way takes more time but I like to get it done the right way." We replaced carpet in the basement with tile floor and replaced the carpet with new carpet on the stairs. The three guys were respectful, efficient, and cared about the quality of their work. We met him at the property and reviewed all repairs needed. He was confident that his team could take care of all the properties needs from the roof to cleaning and we trusted that repairs would be done efficiently. We were disappointed when we arrived at the property 3 days before our new tenants were to move in and things were not completed the house was visible dirty. The floors were not swept, kitchen counters not wiped, stove top with food stains, cabinets not wiped of grease, moldings not painted, deck fence falling apart and the list goes on and on. We called him immediately and he said he never went back to the property to check if the work was completed and that he forgot to do some of the work we already paid him for. He mentioned he would come back with the cleaning person and we were clear that the tenants were moving in and it's too late to do anything. We ended up doing our own painting and cleaning and basically getting taken for $3,000 by Dwight Woods. We asked for $500 refund and he ignored us the tried to show up at the property 2 weeks after the tenants were moved in to clean and complete repairs...NOT!!! This company is not who you need because the quality, integrity, and value are less than acceptable.
