Darrel's team was able to come out on a Sunday (in the heat, too), although they were 2 hours late. Other than being late, the team was very courteous and did the job exceptionally well. Incredible service! Darrel responded within minutes and scheduled a detailing for our 2016 Jeep Wrangler that had just been through a Montana road trip. Awesome experience! He responded quickly to my initial inquiry, set up an appointment and arrived on time. He is super personable and did a great job detailing the interior and exterior of my car and my grandson's car in the midst of pouring rain. He took his time and made both of our cars that hadn't been properly cleaned or vacuumed in over 2 years look like new again. He even helped me apply touch up paint that I had on some of the scratches on my bumper that were more evident because of how shiny the car was. I booked my appointment a month in advance with Darrel over the phone. 3-4 days before my appointment he called to confirm which was great because i already forgot about it! One of their technicians called the morning of the appointment to let me know he was on his way out. When he arrived he asked if there was anything I should be made aware of with my car before starting. Called correct phone number left message May then month later June 2024. Thinking perhaps didnt receive my 1st inquiry, politely let them know never received return call. I have brand new 5 mo old Volvo car, left model and make where i live in SRV on the recording . I added i was in dire need recovering from arm surgery and chronic illness. Like many people in the Bay Area I had my car broken into. After getting the window repaired I reached out to Reflections Mobile Detailing and Darrell jumped right on it and was ready to book me the next morning.
