First of all, this appointment is for my elderly mom. I was in touch for 3 weeks to get an…read moreappointment and they NEVER call back on phone. Finally got through and made the appointment text from 3 weeks from first phone call. Called the 2nd week to confirm, it took me all day to even get a person who could answer questions. Once again, I was asked to send referral so I did. Called back to confirm they recieved referral. Central office stated they weren't answering but leave a message, I did and once again, WAITED. Then to keep my "place" in line, the answering machine stated they will call me back. Fast forward 5 days later and still no contact or phone call. It is now a few days before appointment, I call and got the central office again. The young lady was kind enough to check If they had out referral on file and yes they did according to notes but she couldn't be 100% that the office I sent it to has it. But more or less they should she stated. We finally just went to the appointment hoping everything is in order. Now on the flip side, the office receptionist tech (Iris) was absolutley well trained in not only answering my questions but of being kind enough to explain. The situation of the office and how they are transitioning from closing one office and how they are now getting back on track. This really explains a lot and again, this is great communication and I appreciate her for that. The office is a bit antiquated on the outside so for circuses they get a 2, the inside is average office so nothing to scream about, so my last part of the review will be done in a bit, when I find out how the Dr actually did with my mom. A 1/2 later we are still waiting in this freezing cold room but the Dr finally arrives. She asked why my mom is here today? Quickly showing she didn't even see the file. My mom explained why she is there, the Dr checked her and within 3 minutes: "nothing to worry about sues fine, not canceroys". Seriously all of this and a deductible and three minutes later we are done. Totally not what I expected. Don't get me wrong, very glad things are okay but maybe a little bit more would of eased my mind. Not sure how I feel about recommending. No, probably I wouldn't bother, they ate not organized in the least so what's the point?

Dr Sayeg on the other hand is about the most unprofessional physician I have ever met, and I am not even exaggerating. TERRIBLE bedside manners. To start, when I came in for the consultation, the attending nurse and Dr Sayed assured me that the swelling from my procedure would heal in a month, which is the only reason why I followed through with it, as my wedding would be a bit over a month after it. The consult consisted of him coming into the office, impatiently asked me to get up, grabbing and tugging at my skin, then saying "you are fine to do it" and then proceeded to leave the room. I started asking a question and he sort of grunted and pointed at the nurse in the room, suggesting she would be answering me. Major red flag, but I went through with it anyway. Well, my surgical procedure was quite traumatic, as I am assuming it was due to me taking longer to respond to the local anesthesia. He came into the surgical room, not a word was said, and he immediately started the procedure. It was extremely painful and when I couldn't handle it anymore, I tried asking him to pause because I was feeling everything, and his response was, "YOU ARE FINE" as he stood above me and continued on. When it was over he left the room and I just laid there, in absolute shock. The nurse noticed my distress and addressed it but that was about it. Minimal instructions were given, and luckily I did a lot of research afterwards. One month passed, and I am still very swollen. I came for my follow up consultation, and got the same cold, sneering impatience from him, and when I asked why I was still swollen when it was promised it would go down within a month, Dr Sayeg and his nurse assured me that it was actually 3 months, and that they never said that. I asked if I could see a different doctor for my second follow up because I know I do not ever want to see this man again, but unfortunately he is their only surgeon. So do it at your own risk, but if I could give you some advice, I would say, save a bit more money, and go somewhere with a more professional doctor.
