The spa was fully stocked and beautiful, and it really makes you feel pampered and away from the stress of the work week. My appointments have been canceled the last three times I've scheduled them, despite making plans weeks in advance. They send a text the day before your appointment, just when you've rearranged your entire schedule to fit them in. You cannot trust that the appointments you make here will be honored. If you're okay with constant disruptions, go ahead, but be warned--this is unprofessional and their word is worthless. This is no way to conduct business. read more

To premise, I have been going to Nirvana for a very long time. But after what happened recently. I will never go back. I don't know what is going on with their customer care but it's horrendous. I had an appt for Juvederm , use the rest of it, 2nd treatment, which they are charging for , though they never did before. They CANCELLED my appt acouple days prior and tried to schedule me for the day before. I work for a living and couldn't do it. That time I talked to Gina and she said she would call me back when she had a schedule for Jan for the girl that does the juvederm. Because apparently she only works a couple times a month. She never called. I called back 2 weeks later and talked to Meghan and they said they still didn't have a schedule. They will call me back. ONCE AGAIN , THEY NEVR DID .I had a friend who was thinking about going there for Juverderm a week later and low & behold, they had a schedule for January. NO ONE CALLED AGAIN!!. So I left a message. Asking why i wasnt called. No sorry for your inconvenience or anything. I waa inforned thusly by megan that theg had been trying to call me, but on an old number , and my current number. But ironically anytime they cancelled or confirmed my appts they used the current numbed I had given them when I updated my paperwork. It was utter nonsense. They were lying to me. Because I had given my phone with that other number to a less fortunate family member. So I found out that the not only never called her number , but they never called mine. It feels horrible to be treated like crap and to be lied to like your nothing. I don't recommend going there and I'm going to dispute the charge of the juvederm with my bank because they refused to make me an appt for the rest of my juverdern. They were not worth spending my time and money Well they usually have one lady who operates the machine she is Arabic i think and she'l always in hurry when she works on you she'l try to do her fast,she will also try to sale you trial Only Products which should be free with your treatment,they will try to cheat you in any way they found be very careful very careful when you get treatment specially with this short heighten brown girl,worst experience,Viva scar procedure was for 250 two treatments but then in the end i found out to be charged 300 for small patches only,well not worth the time trust me read more

did laser right up until I got pregnant (about 7 sessions) - I have super thick and coarse hair and even after all the hormone surges the results still show!!!
