I made a follow up appointment to see the same doctor I saw the previous year. I had a 7:30am appointment. After driving 45 minutes to get to this early appointment, the receptionist says they no longer accept my insurance. She explained it's been 6months since the change and if I wanted to see the doctor, it would be out of pocket. Of course, this is incredibly inconvenient and why would I pay out of pocket when I have insurance. Furthermore, I was asked what insurance I had over the phone when I made the appointment. She explained that a third party made the appointment and apologized. Absolutely unacceptable. I left to drive 45min back home. People refuse to do good business. read more

This was our second visit to this location. During our first experience, my partner needed to schedule an appointment to get the stitches removed that they just put in, but when he tried to schedule the appointment at checkout, he was told they were fully booked out and advised to go to an urgent clinic, essentially he was on his own. Stitches that THEY put in. I ended up removing the stitches myself at home, which is wild to have to do and honestly blows my mind. This occurred in 2023. Thinking it was a one-time issue, I decided to give the location another try. Upon arrival, there was a sign on the door requesting that IDs and insurance cards be ready. While this is standard, the tone of the sign felt off-putting. Inside, I handed over my documents and was met by a staff member (woman on the left in the photo) who was unprofessional in her tone. She told me I needed a referral to be seen, even though my insurance does not require one. When I attempted to explain, she cut me off, saying "no, you need a referral," and added that she "wasn't risking her job." The situation escalated quickly, with both staff members raising their voices, insisting I was wrong. Despite showing her on my insurance app that no referral was needed, she insisted that I call to get one. I called my insurance company, and after a brief wait, had a representative confirm that no referral was required. When I returned to the front desk, the staff member spoke rudely to both me and the insurance representative, even showing frustration when she couldn't understand the representative's accent. After the call, I was allowed to check in, but the interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational. Another review from two weeks ago mentions a similar experience, indicating this is a recurring issue. I had no issues with the back-office staff, including Trieveonna, Erin, and Shelinda, who were helpful. Erin seemed skeptical about my partner's stitches, but after I called him to give his side without a heads up, he said exactly what I said. Despite the helpfulness of the medical staff in back, the front desk treatment was unprofessional and stressful. The interaction left me shaken, and it's hard to see myself returning after this experience. On my way out, I tried to be polite, but my comment was met with a dismissive response by the woman on the right in the photo. This kind of treatment, combined with the negative reviews, suggests a consistent issue with how patients are treated at the front desk. It's unfortunate because I have had good experiences with the doctors and nurses, but the front desk interaction makes it hard to want to return. Each reply to these reviews is dismissive and frankly insulting considering my same experience happened to another two weeks prior and nothing has changed. Was able to get a next day appointment online with no issues. Staff were very friendly and did a great job.

First of all, this appointment is for my elderly mom. I was in touch for 3 weeks to get an appointment and they NEVER call back on phone. Finally got through and made the appointment text from 3 weeks from first phone call. Called the 2nd week to confirm, it took me all day to even get a person who could answer questions. Once again, I was asked to send referral so I did. Called back to confirm they recieved referral. Central office stated they weren't answering but leave a message, I did and once again, WAITED. Then to keep my "place" in line, the answering machine stated they will call me back. Fast forward 5 days later and still no contact or phone call. It is now a few days before appointment, I call and got the central office again. The young lady was kind enough to check If they had out referral on file and yes they did according to notes but she couldn't be 100% that the office I sent it to has it. But more or less they should she stated. We finally just went to the appointment hoping everything is in order. Now on the flip side, the office receptionist tech (Iris) was absolutley well trained in not only answering my questions but of being kind enough to explain. The situation of the office and how they are transitioning from closing one office and how they are now getting back on track. This really explains a lot and again, this is great communication and I appreciate her for that. The office is a bit antiquated on the outside so for circuses they get a 2, the inside is average office so nothing to scream about, so my last part of the review will be done in a bit, when I find out how the Dr actually did with my mom. A 1/2 later we are still waiting in this freezing cold room but the Dr finally arrives. She asked why my mom is here today? Quickly showing she didn't even see the file. My mom explained why she is there, the Dr checked her and within 3 minutes: "nothing to worry about sues fine, not canceroys". Seriously all of this and a deductible and three minutes later we are done. Totally not what I expected. Don't get me wrong, very glad things are okay but maybe a little bit more would of eased my mind. Not sure how I feel about recommending. No, probably I wouldn't bother, they ate not organized in the least so what's the point? read more

The service here is horrible to say the least. I had a appt. for 9am which I arrived 10 min early for just incase. After about 20 min I asked what the hold up was since people that came after me where going in before me and I was told it's because I'm seeing a different provider but it should be any min. After waiting close to an hour I finally get called back to the room where it literally took the doctor less than a min to tell me her prognosis. It felt rushed once we where in the room. Only go to the Pinnacle on Archer if you love spending your day sitting in a doctor's lobby. Showed up at 11:02AM for my 11:15AM appointment. At 11:40AM, while still sitting in the lobby I asked the front desk girl how much longer the wait was going to be. She informed me that there were two others in front of me and it would be at least another 30 minutes since the others were new patients. For clarification I stated, "so you can maybe see me at 12:15 for my 11:15 appointment?" She could also not provide me with an answer as to why they had not informed me that they were running extremely behind when I checked in. Overall very unprofessional- I walked out and let them know I will be taking my moles elsewhere. read more

DO NOT GO if you like taking your medication. At my appointment, I was told I needed bloodwork done before they would refill my prescription. After my appointment, I went to a walk-in clinic to have my bloodwork done (a clinic they recommended). I ran out of my medication about 1-2 weeks later. I then called to inform them I was out of my medication. I left 4 voicemails on the nurse's line since the only person you can speak to is the scheduler. I even spoke to the scheduler a few times to see if they could help and they would direct me to leave a message on the nurse's line. After three weeks of nothing, I scheduled an appointment elsewhere and they refilled my prescription with no problem. The place is filthy. It needs to be painted & carpets cleaned. Got there at 330 for my 345 appointment and left at 415 without seeing the doctor. Was told 330 she was on time. Then told @ 4 I was next. 2 more people were called. Left 415 without seeing the doctor. Terrible. read more
