Even gym memberships handle cancellations more transparently. The cancellation process was unnecessarily difficult, and more than a month later I am still being charged for services that were never provided. I was billed multiple times with the explanation that charges would be prorated, yet the amounts were consistently incorrect. Even the very first charge did not match what was agreed upon, and the errors continued for months. Customer service only made the situation worse. Staff were dismissive and unprofessional, even going so far as to imply we were "too stupid" to understand prorated billing. We understand it perfectly well--proration typically results in an adjusted charge or refund, not repeated additional fees. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this business based on what we experinced.

We then had to call and only 12 days later we had to sign the termination. That was not processed for a other 2 weeks and only then did the start these "45 days". You better believe that we were charged for all of this time. We kept calling to discuss this but ultimately the owner ignored and never bothered to call back. Beware - there are plenty of other businesses to try out.

There goes the money I paid for a full 50 minute class. The majority of the class was stretching for a bunch of five-year-olds. their dance was basically jumping jacks there were only a couple days where they did a little bit of basic ballet moves, but even the moves they were doing they did not even correct the little girls they just let them skip up and down the dance floor. This was the worst place i have seen. the people who work there or had older children in different classes were always sitting in the only 6 available chairs so the parents could not even watch their own children . As a parent, our grandparent, I want to watch my grandchild our child not sit there and watch them gossip about everything. I will never go back there, and I will tell everybody not to. so basically paid for 10 minutes of some sort of ballet moves and the rest of the time talking and stretching.
