Very disappointing experience. In my experience, the staff were not professional at all…read more Communication was poor, and I felt like concerns were not handled respectfully or appropriately. The membership and sales process was also frustrating. I felt pressured to commit without the contract and cancellation terms being explained as clearly as they should have been. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience from both a customer-service and value standpoint. I would strongly recommend carefully reviewing the contract and asking detailed questions before signing up.

I grew up with martial arts in my family, and it's one of the best things you can do for your kids. The principles of discipline and respect carry over to every aspect of life. Victory Martial Arts isn't for kids…read more My son was 10 years old when he started Tae Kwon Do, and 13 when he quit. Unfortunately, Victory employs high-school girls to work the front counter and "fill in" as instructors, None of them has any concept of who the customer is, and most of them are little bullies. Better be nice, or else! The ugly things one staff member in particular said to my son still has me fuming mad. Bottom line: The employees are rotten, the never ending sales pitch for add-ons and upgrades is annoying, and the place smells like body odor. It is NOT a Safe Place at all.

My daughter has been attending this studio since she was 4 years old (now 7). We are now heading…read moreinto our 4th season in a few more month and 3 recitals later we couldn't be more happy with this studio. The atmosphere is so positive and inclusive. This studio takes pride in their students' dance education and well being. Recently we had a mom who would come into the studio throw shoes at her child insult her, use profanity and behaved absolutely DISGUSTING towards her child. It got to the point where my child and others were SCARED of this other mom. The studio was BEYOND accommodating to the point I got irritated, but they wanted to help her daughter grow and develop with her love for dance. After many chances and adjusted protocols for this mom, in efforts to keep her daughter at the studio, because her daughter was a sweet little girl. The mom was RELENTLESS and her ABUSE continued!!!!! Everything came to a blow on March 23rd when a group of moms including myself witnessed this mom smacking her kid around in her car of the studio parking lot. After a year of this mom's psychosis she was FINALLY DISMISSED from the studio a few days before our annual recital, because some moms reported her behavior to the police, we were THAT concerned and STILL IS for her child! She has called multiple teachers and made numerous threats and is on a rampage because she was dismissed. She even showed up for classes after making threats. Does that sound like someone sane? This is AN amazing studio with AMAZING teacher with the best atmosphere. We are seriously a little dance family and we love it here. If you are considering dance for your littles please go check it out for yourself and YOU be the judge! You will LOVE it here too!!! :)

Having a teenage daughter (13 yo) that likes to stay in her bubble is a challenge. During summer…read morebreak, I wanted to find an activity that will get her active physically and mentally. It wasn't easy finding a place that tailors to teenagers (youth) since most of the martial arts businesses I've researched had smaller kids or adults. And to find a place that had some female students so that my daughter can easily relate with (girl standpoint). Long story short, the very first day of class, she had a huge meltdown outside of the studio not wanting to go through with it. There were a couple older kids who helped talk to her, calm her down, and pretty much "handheld" her into trying the class. Thankfully she got through it. Big thanks to John, Caesar, Bianca, and Stephanie. You guys are awesome! Fast forward 6 months later, my daughter has made new friends and has gained a lot more confidence. She enjoys coming to class especially when Sensei Dave teaches (the buff one haha). She says he's funny and cool. But actually everyone helps out, which is nice. Tip *** the studio gets extremely crowded once a class has ended. Just wait for a about 5-10 mins after and seats should open up.
