I had my first of a 5 week dance class here on Wednesday night, and I can honestly say, I know I'm…read moregoing to enjoy it. The studio was packed with parents waiting for their kids to come out of class, and that truly is the only complaint that I have: the studio is really small. The entry way is tiny, but clean. They have bottles of water for sale for $1, which is definitely something I have to take advantage of next week. The studio itself is long, and housed 20 dancers semi comfortably. The floors and mirrors were clean, which is always important to me, since we dance barefoot. For as popular as classes seem to be, they might be better off finding a slightly bigger space, but all in all, I was pleased. The class itself was amazing, but its only a 5 week class, that I don't believe is on their regular calendar. I intend on returning for future sessions if they're offered here.

Overall, the class was a good workout especially for a beginning reformer class. Our instructor…read moreworked to make adjustments for all of us as needed, which I appreciated. The studio seems clean but not all the reformers were in the best shape. The one I was on had slits in it exposing the underneath padding on the carriage. This is the first time I've seen this. Luckily, it did not affect my workout but I also felt a jostle in the foot bar from the springs often when I pushed them out as well that was a bit off putting. Overall, the class was fine but not sure I'd return to the studio again based on this experience.

I…read morehad been excited to go to this studio as it was super close to me, and I am looking for a new home studio. Upon arriving, the studio was closed, as a group of people gathered outside. It would soon be known to me that amongst that group included the instructor herself, Ilsa. It wasn't until 0605 that the doors opened, to which we were not checked in formally, not greeted, and watched as the group recalled stories such as kid's birthday parties or true crime stories (as per the instructor, she had personally shared an anecdote of a baby being killed or cut out of a mother). I am so disappointed in this studio. We had to leave around 15 minutes in due to everyone just talking and not receiving clear instructions. The instructor herself was yawning, sitting down, and not really teaching. I felt as if we weren't even meant to be there. Not to mention, the reformers were extremely old and lowkey disgusting. They were ripped up, like old leather furniture. Honestly you guys have a huge audacity lmao
