I LOVE my orthodontist, yes I do! Dr. Ngo and Dr. Lee owns this community dental office in Walnut and they are some of the nicest, most hard-working, dedicated people around. The ladies that work at the front are super friendly and super helpful. I've been going here for about 2 years now, and last year I decided to "bite the bullet" literally and get them damn braces so that I can have perfect teeth. Call me shallow, but a girl's gotta have a gorgeous smile, not that my smile was not already gorgeous. -wink- Dr. Lee spend alot of time answer my millions of questions and making sure that I get exactly what I want. Once I got them on, she really takes her time everytime I come in for my adjustment visit and does a great job. Went here for the 2nd time today at my wonderful wife's recommendation. First let it be known that I'm a dental chicken and doctor's office chicken. They always make me nervous. Not these people. They are very nice and work with patients like me. I also have a terrible gag reflex which is another reason going to the dentist is never fun for me. First visit was for X-rays, consultation and cleaning. Today I got 4 badly needed fillings done. They (Dr. Ngow and Dr. Lee) were very patient with me and my issues and at the same time worked very fast. The price was excellent and service top notch. I went to see Dr. Lee today for x-rays, exam, cleaning and 2 fillings. The office was clean and front desk staff was friendly. Dr. Lee was very patient and thorough when examining and cleaning my teeth. When she did my 2 fillings, I didn't feel pain at all. I've been looking for a new dentist for a while to get away from my rip off dentist, Tri-City Smiles in Hacienda Heights which has been stealing my money for years because I trusted in them when in fact they made me do several procedures that were expensive and unnecessary. My boyfriend suggested coming here to Reflection Dental. They have a great referral program. I was his 3rd referral so he now gets a free teeth whitening procedure. By referring me, I was also given the choice of either customized whitening trays or $50 any procedures. Everyone who works here is really friendly. Appointments are very easy to make and you can get same week appointments usually when you call. If you sign up for emails you don't even have to get phone calls from them. When it's two days before your appointment, you get an email asking you to confirm. The dental assistants Arlene and Destiny are very helpful. Hope those are their names! Arlene explained all my charges to me for the fillings I needed and explained what my insurance would cover ahead of time. Dr. Ngow is the dentist that I went with. He is very friendly and PAINLESS!! In the past, I've always dreaded the numbing needle, and while it's still not my favorite thing, he has a delicate touch and I swear I barely felt a thing when it went in!! Reasonably priced, friendly, and I have NEVER waited more than 1 minute and I've gone there 3 times now! Highly recommended!! read more

I don't hate the dentists, but I do believe it's difficult to find one that you like. Both the dentist and orthodontist here have great, friendly personalities, and both are very thorough at explaining things. I've been to other dentistries that tried to sell me dental work that was way more than I needed. Reflection dental is not one of those. Sadly, I don't go here anymore because I moved out of the area, but I wish I did. My new dentist is awesome as well and she provides great patient information, but her teeth cleanings hurt like a mofo and my gums are sore for 30 minutes after a regular check-up. I don't know how the dentist at reflection does it, but cleanings are minimally painful and I feel good after a visit. I also had two cavities filled here and it was relatively painless. Great dentist, I would highly recommend to anyone I know. read more

I've never been more comfortable going to dentist! Friendly, kind, and understanding employees and they were more than willing to help me feel comfortable in discussing the best treatment options. Dr. Kenvis is super gentle and lets you know what is exactly happening at all times. He had a TV screen at the front of your chair so that he could show you movie of you chioce. He was very generous with the anesthesia and was concerned about pain. His staff is great and very congenial and they remember your name when you step in. Just came here for the first time and the dentists do their own teeth cleaning, which is always the best, much less painful. Dr. Ngow works with my husband and Dr. Lee works with me. We both love going and every visit is so easy. They never overbook patients. The moment you arrive, they seat you. I have had nothing but the best experiences, whether its getting wisdom teeth pulled, a root canal, or a simple tooth filling or cleaning. They always make sure I feel 0 pain when I'm there, and I do. The awesome part is that they also do braces here as well and give free consultations. I was in California on vacation when I broke a tooth. I had to find an office that was open on a Saturday. To my surprise they were open and could fit me in. I went in and Dr. Ngow is who was in. They had to take an X-ray to see what was going on. Long story short I needed a root canal and crown, but he was able to clean out the weak area and put in a temp filling so I could have my dentist so the work. He also told me that I was getting a cavity in the tooth next to it. My dentist said what an awesome job Dr. Ngow did on my tooth. It was a great experience as far as dentist's go. If I lived in CA I would definitely make him my regular dentist. read more
