Anyway I ordered the parts but something told me to bring the car to AD Joliet and hv them put them on. I dropped my vehicle off with parts and all. I'm forever grateful of his honesty and the fact that he isn't trying to rip off everyday people like myself. If you're looking for a good honest mechanic, you won't be disappointed.

Ed greeted me with a smile, and offered to perform a N/C complete professional inspection of my vehicle since I was a new client. He found that I needed a AC Condenser Unit because it was leaking. I scheduled it for replacement His wife Tracey (nice lady) sent over my inspection report with pictures. The report showed the leaking condenser unit and also he noticed a leaking CV Axle. His inspection was very thorough and he checked EVERYTHING. He also replace a bulb in the upper tail light assy and did an oil change. I mentioned to Tracey that my dog had to be put down. They even gave Annie and I a sympathy card for our dog. Nice ! I recommend Awesome Automotive for a great repair experience ! Thanks Ed Thank you Tracey

They kept my car for almost 3 months. Had to badger them for updates. Finally when they told me the car was fixed at a hefty price I was happy to have my car back. Thirty days later my car started to violently shake and the check engine came back on. I took it back to Awesome Automotive in May. It's the middle of September and I still don't have any idea of what's going on. They do not call to update me and when I call I get a voice mail. When I visit the shop they tell me they are close to solving the problem?!?! This is ridiculous and yes I have a warranty.

They told me to bring it back, they did another flush and it still ran hot looked in the coolant NO COOLANT. I was told to pull over and turn car off whenever it runs hot by the mechanic (LIKE REALLY!!) keep in mind I had already got a full diagnostic so I knew what needed to be fixed. Took it to VW shop and they said American Muffler screwed up my car they broke my water pump, radiator, thermostat was never fixed, they used stop leaked, among other problems. I wish I never cheated on my mechanic cause $440 cost me $5,000 in repairs and a new engine. I was told they WERE NOT CERTIFIED TO WORK ON FOREIGN CARS and they're known for screwing people over. I took to social media and I'm glad I saved a few people from going there and heard many horror stories about this shop. I would hate for someone to go through what I did. And the mechanic knew he messed up my car you could see it all over his face and for the squidward gonzo nose lady at the front desk pretending to jump over the counter like you were going to do something I wish to God you would have cause I would have got my $money$ worth out of kicking yo ass!!!! The shop took pictures and everyone is telling me I should sue them and I'm really considering especially when I have the full diagnosis before I gave it to them vs how they gave it back.
