When we walked into the office we were greeted by wonderful staff members who gave us a great room at a great price due to it being off season. It was fabulous. Our room had a small balcony with side view of the beach, large refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The bathtubs were amazing. Deep enough to get a full soak which was great after a long drive. It was attached to a one bedroom efficiency which also had a refrigerator and kitchen appliances. The property is RIGHT on the beach! Plenty of rooms to choose from. You can book a one bedroom condo and add two additional (attached) one bedroom efficiencies which also have bathrooms, kitchen appliances and a full refrigerator. Great for large groups. Everyone can stay together and still have privacy. They also have laundry facilities on site and in some of the condos. AND they welcome dogs! $25 per dog per night. We had boarded our dogs. Next time they are coming with us! The property is within walking distance to a restaurant too. Great HEATED pool and jacuzzi as well. Special shout out to MIRANDA who assisted us with finding the right room for a return visit. Coordinated with other staff to show us three options for our next stay in May. Bob and his wife were great hosts and worked with my schedule. It was far enough away from all the plants but close enough to the beaches and the nearby towns to be relevant. Just a short drive and you get to just about anywhere. The area was safe and clean... even the refrigerator and the microwave were spotless. All of the accommodations were either new or in very good condition. I always saw the owners walking the property and waving hello. I would definitely come back and stay here if I had to work in the Corpus area again.

It's a duplex with identical, mirror floor plans that have a pass through door. So you can rent half or all of the property. Each side has a primary bedroom and second bedroom with bunk beds or two twins. There are also two full bathrooms. Neither attached to a bedroom. Each has a fully equipped kitchen and stackable washer and dryer. A pool is under construction (June 2025) that looks like it will be really nice when finished. There are great upstairs balcony patios along with ample downstairs, covered common areas with picnic tables, bbq grills and parking. This place is well-located and well-kept. If visiting Rockport, don't hesitate to consider this rental.

The web site was very user friendly and made it simple to find the room, the dates, and the information we needed to book our stay. Priority for us was a place that would take our dog, Gertie. When we arrived in Port Aransas we found the office quickly and easily. Melissa greeted us with a big smile and we were also greeted by a very sweet Barney (the mascot I think). She asked if we wanted to stay another night for free and the weekend was officially perfect. The room was exactly as we expected and described. The bed was so comfortable we got one for our home. The salt water above ground pool was relaxing and cool after a long day of food, drink, and beach. We have returned every year for the past five years. It's a perfect little place for us and my family (they have been twice).

Longing for surf and sand, we scheduled a long weekend in Port Aransas and found a fantastic house within 5 minutes of the beach. "Villa 4 Rita" is dog friendly and can sleep a total of eight. The setup includes two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds. An open loft sleeps 4 but it has a low ceiling and the stairs are treacherous. Melissa made our trip fantastic. We got her take on restaurants and took her up on a few of her suggestions. Check in and check out were as easy as the beach breeze.

The owners were so sweet and gracious! We spent the first night in the downstairs master. The bed was huge and comfy! I was thrilled to see that the ac in the house was powered by window ac units! I could die, I love love love Window units! I always sleep so well in rooms that have them. The room was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. On our second night we moved to a room upstairs, this room was considerably smaller but still really comfortable and nice. We had a great nights sleep, and we awoke to a amazing breakfast! They served us coffee, juice, a beautiful fruit bowl and eggs Benedict. Now, y'all know I am picky about my eggs! These eggs were poached to perfection. Breakfast service was elegant and a feast for our taste buds. One of the owners gave us a detailed history of the area and of the house while we ate our beautiful breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angel Rose , we will visit again soon. As of now, they are making plans to continue the restoration and to make several upgrades. They are in talks to add an elevator, two extra suites and a sunroom. Upon arrival we asked about any ghost or haunting stories, the owner informed us they may or may not have a friendly ghost! I am happy to report that not only did we not see any ghost, but we also did not experience any paranormal activity! Enjoy your stay and enjoy the surrounding amenities in Rockport!
