NOT SAFE, NOT CLEAN and should not be listed on ANY website until they overhaul this place. It was non-refundable and I cannot get my money back but maybe I can save someone from attempting to book Rahi Cottages. BEWARE!!! This place should be condemned. Are my profits reduced by any additional costs or fees that you incur in the operation of your business? Can you modify the nightly rate between weekends and weekdays to encourage weekday rentals at a reduced rate? Can you guarantee that our property will be available every unoccupied day of the rental period and not be listed as unavailable due to staff shortages or unavailability of cleaning crews? Are your house cleaning crews licensed and bonded and has anyone ever reported an issue with the conduct of your house cleaning crew while at their house. Do you record telephone conversations and meetings? Do your homework and understand that, in my opinion, the owner of Yknot Realty, operates her business with the intent to profit from the use of the owner's property without regard for achieving maximum income for the owners. Additionally, in my opinion, attempted to use her large physical stature and a raised voice to intimidate me when questioned.

I agreed with some of the charges but not all. It took over 30 days to get an itemized statement (which is required by the property code). They changed the rules on the posting for the property after I kept asking for the itemized statement. If you have another option rent through someone else. They have a tendency to rate properties to a specific clientele.

The owner came over to talk to us the morning we were leaving and he was very nice. However, two days after we checked out, he called me on my personal cell phone to accuse me of breaking several things in the house. This was after someone else had already rented the house for one night, and after my review had posted on Airbnb. He made the comment "well you had those kids with you so they could have done it". My kids are 12 and 14. The accusation was that we "poured a cup of water" inside the smart lock on the front door, and that we "filled" the garbage disposal with rocks. Definitely not something a 12 or 14 year old would do, The conversation was so insane and left me feeling like he was trying to get money out of me. I do not think they like children at their property. I use Airbnb multiple times a year and have nothing less than five star reviews from hosts. I would not recommend staying here and it makes me question how Airbnb allows this type of thing to happen.
