It's a duplex with identical, mirror floor plans that have a pass through door. So you can rent half or all of the property. Each side has a primary bedroom and second bedroom with bunk beds or two twins. There are also two full bathrooms. Neither attached to a bedroom. Each has a fully equipped kitchen and stackable washer and dryer. A pool is under construction (June 2025) that looks like it will be really nice when finished. There are great upstairs balcony patios along with ample downstairs, covered common areas with picnic tables, bbq grills and parking. This place is well-located and well-kept. If visiting Rockport, don't hesitate to consider this rental.

They had skeleton pumpkin carving, skeleton tug of war, skeleton wound center, skeleton BBQ and skeleton golf cart wash. Lots of work but enjoyed seeing a different scene everyday. Bob and his wife were great hosts and worked with my schedule. It was far enough away from all the plants but close enough to the beaches and the nearby towns to be relevant. Just a short drive and you get to just about anywhere. The area was safe and clean... even the refrigerator and the microwave were spotless. All of the accommodations were either new or in very good condition. I always saw the owners walking the property and waving hello. I would definitely come back and stay here if I had to work in the Corpus area again.

There are potholes that fill up with water that should be fixed immediately. The first speed bump if you go over slightly more than 5 mph. Your car will bottom out. They do have new ownership, so perhaps given time they will fix that situation. You will notice immediately how small the spaces are and how close together they are. I could constantly hear my neighbors particularly when they were drinking. The dog park needs to be sodded. They do have a lot to do. They have a nice pool overlooking the bay. The location is incredible as are the sunsets. Apparently, a lot of of people like this RV park so I am quite confident that I am in the minority. I do like the manager and she will do the best that she can for you and will give you 100%

The cabins are very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They've made some updates recently. They have codes instead of keys to get into the cabins.
