I've been shopping at this West Marine for years and while the service has never been bad, it's…read morealso never been anything to write home about. That all changed today! While preparing for an early morning fishing trip I realized that one of the batteries in the bank had died. I went ahead and ordered the battery from a local auto parts store only to arrive there and find that they had ordered the wrong one. Feeling rather desperate as everything was closing I called West Marine and spoke to Will. Not only did they have the battery I needed in stock, they kept the store open an extra 30-minutes in order for me to be able to make it over in traffic and purchase a battery, saving my fishing trip. If nothing else that alone deserves five stars in my book. Be warned that the shopping center where this west marine is located is pretty sketch. But the store itself is clean very well organized and well stocked. From electronics to fishing gear to clothing, it's all there. Overall could not be more pleased with my experience today than I am.
