Fast forward a week- turn on car, drive over to mailbox bank, turn off car. Get back in car- nothing. It's getting dark and I am in a red zone. My car insurance sends Bryan. Not only does he call with an ETA, he also lets me know that he's a master technician- whew! He calls again as he's leaving his prior appt. Gets me going and shows me what he's doing. Instead of just jumping it and leaving, he has me keep the car driving for a bit to see if the number stays steady on his monitor or if it goes down. Guess what keeps dropping. He offers a no pressure option A or B- I can do whatever and try to start my car in the morning or he can replace it tonight. I go with the replacement option as clearly my current battery has lost its formerly team player spirit. And his battery has a 3 year warranty attached and roadside service if it does need a stern talking to. I should also mention that he was very friendly and professional. Being a woman with car trouble sucks on a good day but I never felt ripped off and everything he did he explained. Would highly recommend if car troubles befall you!
