We saw a used 2022 Subaru Impreza on the Reedman Toll that was exactly what we wanted. We filled out the online contact form. They called us immediately so we scheduled an appointment to see the car. We got a text from Dylan in sales and confirmed the car was on the lot. When we got there to see the car, no one could find it. We drove arpound the lot with Dylan for 20 minutes looking for it to no avail. Two other people were driving around looking for the car but no one could find it. We found out later that the dealership's owner, a guy named Bill, had lent the car to his mother but did not bother to tell anyone. He did not check to see if anyone was coming in to see that car. He just handed the keys to his mother without thinking at all about customers or his sales staff. Thanks to Bill, my wife and I wasted an hour of our time. Dylan lost a sale. We chose to go to Reedman because it is a Subaru dealership located about 10 minutes from our home. Instead of buying the care there, we drove 30 minutes to Glanzmann Subaru in Hatboro and bought a similar Impreza there the same day. Glanzmann provided a totally pleasant and easy experience. It's too bad Reedman's owner cares about no one but himself.

He told me that he'd call back to the shop folks to see if they could get it done. When I didn't hear back from him, I called back after 5 and couldn't reach anyone. I called the main operator who transferred me to a line in the shop that went to voicemail. That happened 3 times before I called and told them that I was coming back to get my car before it closed at 6. While on my way, someone called me back and told me that they would have my vehicle for me but the work was never done. I'm still pretty upset two weeks later.
