I bought it from a flipper and as far as I can tell they purposely did everything as incorrect, dangerous, and just plain wrong as possible. So when I discovered this, I knew it was going to be a challenge to find someone that was both knowledgeable enough and honest enough to fix all the problems in my house and Scott has exceeded all expectations! He shows up on time, figures out all the various, confusing problems of my house, fixes them, and even takes the time to explain to me what was wrong, why it was wrong, what the proper code was, and what he was going to do to fix it.
