I'm a med student at ABtech, so money is very tight for me at the moment. VJ's was always accommodating, honest, and trustworthy when accessing any work that my car needed. Everyone that works there is super friendly, genuine, and kind. I never felt that I was getting ripped off. A repair that would have cost $800 at the other shop I went to cost me only $200 at VJ's. I went to Easy Street because my AC was having some minor issues...working fine but getting tired with long term use. When I expressed this to them they said - well you didn't ask! I understand that car repairs can be expensive, but I was sitting right in the waiting room, so they could have easily communicated this to me. Instead they just recharged my AC and charged me an arm and a leg for it, then the problem persisted just as it did before! Complete waste of money. To top it off the owner was extremely rude. They said they bought a tool to test it and that they cleaned the spark plugs but 30 minutes after leaving there my engine lights on and the car won't start when I went to go get tires and today I am leaving a Yelp because I can't get into my hatchback even the emergency pole. Whatever they did to it is f***** and it won't start and I gave him $100 for nothing. I expect a full refund. I demand a full refund
