If you value your car at all, take it elsewhere. I thought going to a local shop would be my best bet. Boy was I wrong. Nothing but cutting corners and excuses from them. They do not stand behind their work and does not honor their warranties.

They took my car in, said they duplicated the problem and that a grey plug was loose. They plugged it in and it worked. Sure, okay. $100 to plug in a plug. At least I don't have to deal with it. Two weeks later my car has the same issue. I call up and the scheduler told me to come in the following Wednesday. I did just that, and when I came in, they told me it was the previous Wednesday and to reschedule... okay, fine. I went right home and ended up repairing the plug myself, which was different from the plug that they "plugged in". I video taped what the actual plug was and showed them it connecting to the compressor and asked for a refund. They told me to come back the next week when the owner was there. I came back and they said "the owner is at the other location but said no." So not only did they waste my time three times, but they stole $100 because their electrician of 30 years couldn't properly diagnose a simple AC electro-magnet clutch connector and still had to get paid. They told me it was fine when I took it, even though its an INTERMITTENT issue. Think twice before coming here for any electrical work or any work at all for that matter.

I called this his shop this morning to see if they could look under the hood at an issue. I was able to take it by for a quick check today - unheard of at most places. William checked it out, gave me a go for safe driving. I then talked to Fred, the body guy, about some dents and dings on the body of my car. He buffed a few scuffs off and we made a plan for some more detailed work. No charge for either guy!!!! We will take our Passat into them next week for some $$$ work and I know we will be pleased.
