Dishonest. Took my truck in for an alignment, front 2 tires had low tread but still not down to the…read morewear bars. Rear tires had significantly more tread. I was told the alignment could not be preformed unless I bought new front tires. When asked if the rear tires could be rotated to the front so the alignment could be done, I was told there is a "law" in North Carolina that the tires with more tread must be on the rear. A quick google search will tell you there is no such thing. I took the truck to another shop who was able to preform the alignment without issue, and said the "law" was nonsense. Needless to say I'll never be coming back to Mr tire for any reason.
