These folks are super friendly and efficient. After a car accident I took my car in for an estimate. They were kind and helpful. (I was in tears from the trauma of the accident). They worked well with my insurance company. They finished the repair work ahead of the estimated time quote. My car is like new again!!! I highly recommend this business for car repairs. Don't waste your time. Last time I had Parks do a repair thay keep my car a month and it looked worse than when they started.

I had my driver side mirror ripped off by an on coming driver that cracked the driver side window and pretty badly scratched the paint. I took it to Parks. We had a couple of small hiccups, but they did a remarkable job repairing the damage. My vehicle is black so when they repaired it, the door didn't match the front quarter panel (which was not damaged from the collision), David went ahead and painted it to match. No charge. My wife had a fender bender leaving my car a bit banged up. These guys offered the most easy, straightforward repair service I've experienced. I was met at the curb for a quick estimate, walked around the car pointing out areas that needed attention, and had a written estimate within minutes. They fit me into their schedule on the spot, and took care of everything including parts, labor and working with my insurance company. I cannot recommend Parks highly enough. I was rear-ended and they took care of everything with the other driver's insurance and the rental. Upon initial inspection, David noticed that the bed of my truck had been pushed into the cab and dented it, which the shop I took it to first didn't catch. They were also very considerate and cautious regarding covid safety. I am so happy with the repairs. I recently had an unfortunate rear ending incident where I made a new friend, an 83 yr old man driving a ton and a half pickup truck. Had it not been for this fated meeting, I would never have found the go to collision repair shop in the area. Danny at Parks was very helpful, more so than he may have even needed to be. Being that my insurance was completely left out of the picture and my new bosom buddies insurance was completely liable, I was thrilled at the level of service I received despite the lack of cash payment they were receiving from me or my insurance. The work they did was spectacular, you would never be able to tell there was any accident at all. Just a few examples of how popular they are, Enterprise rent a car has a van that drove 8 ppl from there to pick up cars. He's that popular. Additionally it took me nearly a month to get an appointment. I had a feeling I was dealing with quality, but I had no idea how much quality exactly. My single qualm was that the dvd display was locked on my car. No one said anything to me abt it, but it was a quick fix with the unlock code. read more

I took my 2016 Mazda to Parks for repair. The first time around there was an improper masking job done and the paint line was down farther than it should have been. I pointed this out and David, the manager or owner was very cooperative and professional about getting it fixed. They attempted a more time saving/cost effective approach first which didn't turn out too well but David remained very professional, friendly, and cooperative offering to replace and repaint the entire bumper. Once I brought the car in to have the 2nd bumper put on, it was done efficiently and they did an EXCELLENT job. The guy who made the mistake actually came out and apologized in person for the inconvenience. If not for the error, I'd have given them 5 stars. A gust of wind blew my car door into the side of the car parked next to me, bent the edge of the door, and took off a chunk of paint about three inches long. I brought the mess to Parks. They banged out the dent and put three coats of paint on the spot. All I did was pay for the touch-up paint. They charged me NOTHING for labor. These guys can be trusted to do a great job and charge you fairly for it. If you're in the Asheville area, and you need someone to fix your car after a collision, they are the ones you need to call. read more

I had an unfortunate early-morning, rainy, misty...sideswipe that was entirely my fault. Our insurance company also had Parks Collision on their recommended list. David, the owner/manager, personally assessed the damage and dealt with our insurance company...and loaned us one of his family's cars so that we could do a Meals-on-Wheels delivery the following day...free! We had a car accident in our Prius causing front end damage. Parks was on our insurance companies list of recommended collision repair companies. I took the car in for an estimate. I was amazed at the brief time it took to have the damages checked out. I was out of there in less than 15 minutes and there was not her person ahead of me. I brought the Prius in for repairs on Monday morning and got a call on Tuesday afternoon to pick up the car. I couldn't belief it. The car looked great. I absolutely recommend Parks. read more

Someone backed into my car and completely cracked the bumper and jammed the hood up, causing some kind of leak and the car to smoke and smell when driven. Took the car to Parks to get a replacement hood and bumper and have whatever else fixed that needed be. The first call we received we were told they had unjammed the hood, gotten it all taken off and moved the radiator back, allegedly fixing the smoke and smell issue and said there were no other internal leaks or breaks. Said they were waiting on parts and they'd call within the week. We were the only ones to call them with never a call back, and were always told "the parts are finally here, should have it done to pick up today and I'll call you after lunch". Nothing, every time. After 3 whole months they finally called and admitted they gave up on trying, picked my car up today with no explanation from any employees and three minutes down the road smoke comes billowing out the hood and in through my air vents. Talk about panic! Tried opening the hood at home and it's still very much jammed and unable to be opened, and clearly there are internal problems. It's as if these people never did anything at all to my car. Don't waste your time here. read more

Because of the freak hail storm that happened in Madison county my hood, roof and trunk lid looked like a golf ball. I called Parks, they were recommended by my insurance. They were quick to get my car in and fixed. The chrome pieces around the windows and such were even discovered to have the dents from the hail too..go figure but that was replaced. The other dents were removed without a paint job and it looks great. Only complaint I have is that the top of my car outshines the rest of it! LOL. Wonderful, quick service! read more

Took my wifes car (Volvo) there to be repaired. Needed new Bumper, Hood, Fender, Headlight, Alignment, and Paint. Got the car back the first time and the "brand new hood with fresh paint" was all scratched up like someone had taken rocks and washed the hood with it. They would have let my wife drive away without saying anything. The car is black by the way so very easy to see scratches on. The owner said ok our mistake bring it back and we will resolve it. My wife didn't even make it a mile down the road without calling me complaining that her steering wheel was over 45 degrees off center and car wandering all over the road. Called the shop back immediately and they swore they had the car inspected and aligned. So I called the alignment shop they "used". The alignment shop had no record of ever aligning the car and said they lacked the tools to align the car anyhow. Called Parks collision back and told them what I was told, I was told they ended up taking the wrong car but same year and model down to get aligned. Somehow that Volvo was "aligned" but they couldn't align mine, they had to drive mine all the way to Hunter Volvo and have them align it. So to that other Volvo either you or your insurance company was scammed your car was never aligned unless it went to Hunter Volvo. Fast forward a few weeks, I am washing the car and noticed the headlight/fender squeaks and makes a horrid grinding noise when pressed on. Upon further inspection the headlight was improperly installed and easily movable in the housing. The LED running lights on the bumper were also not installed correctly and there is a very visible gap between the fender and fender liner that should not be there. Mind you these are all Volvo Genuine OEM parts that we had to ship from Sweden and took a good 2 weeks to arrive. I drove the car to Volvo and had the service tech look at it who then confirmed that all the parts were improperly installed and though they would not get involved did allow me to park it next to another new Volvo and take comparison pictures. In a nut shell I would never recommend using this repair shop. read more
