On top of that, the driver was threatening and hateful with me, telling me he was going to leave my car in the middle of a busy state road. My two-wheel drive Kia makes it up the driveway just fine, and I even offered him an alternative drop-off location less than two minutes from the original spot, but he refused. Instead, he left my car on the side of the road, not at the church like I asked. Now we're stuck figuring out how to get it home ourselves. Really unprofessional and disappointing experience. He was very rude.
