Their selection of All In One desk computers is not great, but they have more than some. And the salespeople are trained and know what they are selling. They take their time with every customer. The place is spotless and their prices are usually the best in town. When you walk in you are greeted and it does not take long to get help. I would give them a 5 but their Geek Squad is not the best and I can't recommend them. I am sure they are great for simple things. They are nice, but trying to reach them on the phone is next to impossible. I will keep going to this Best Buy.

Doing business with the Kitchen Store keeps getting better and better…read more 5 years ago we renovated the kitchen in our condo with cabinets we bought from The Kitchen Store. The cabinets were manufactured by Diamond and came with a lifetime guarantee against deterioration. Sadly, a few months ago the cabinets' doors did indeed start to deteriorate. I contacted Kenny Legaux, who I believe is the store manager, to arrange replacing the doors. He acknowledged the issue and worked with me to get replacement doors from the manufacturer. He was completely supportive: no push back, no avoidance, just great customer service. The doors were replaced, no problem. In a time when good customer service seems to be a thing of the past, Kenny Legaux and The Kitchen Store did a great job supporting me well after the sale had been made. I recommend The Kitchen Store without hesitation. It's a good company, doing good things all the time. I am the happiest of customers.

But because they ONLY sell appliances, their "small" stature soon grew to big when you consider the size of the appliance department with bigger stores. I have to say after my own frustrating search, I was not hopeful. I have a 100-year-old house with many restrictions, plus I don't want what most do: I don't want induction, I don't want convection, I want all electric, and I require a storage drawer. I wasn't finding ANYTHING like that (with perhaps the exception of an $6,000- $10,000 range) and held little hope. Oran Fine asked me if he could help. I had no idea just how much! He went right to work on it. I live close by, and had a tight schedule. So, I listed my needs, my budget (not big!), gave him my e-mail address and by the time I got home (10 minutes?) I had information from him. The PERFECT range for me. At a very good price. I was able to buy it through his e-mails, and when I told him the price of a refrigerator I wanted on sale at a Big Box store, he matched the price in both the appliance and warranty. Oran went so far as to check with me as to what type of outlet I had for my current range and when it wouldn't work with the new one he texted the specs and the actual picture of the plug and outlet it needed to my electrician. (Even my electrician was impressed!) He also got the length of the refrigerator power cord for me (who does that?) so I would know if that outlet also needed adjusting. The day of delivery I was given a 2-hour window, and then called with a "be there in 10 minutes" arrival time. The installers were FABULOUS. My house is hard. Lots of nooks and crannies and tight hallways and sharp turns and they did not let it deter them. They worked hard and efficiently and left everything in perfect order. I called Oran the next day to thank him and he said he would connect with his team and they would do all the warranty paperwork and send me the information for me to keep. WOW. Can you imagine a Big Box store doing all this???? SO pleased I went there. Dishwasher repair A+…read more Namik, the technician, was amazing! He and his assistant Sam arrived early. Imagine that! And his company offers a FREE diagnosis. He spent an hour at my home checking the parts, cleaning the spray arms and voila! The dishwasher cleaned great in my test run that evening. (He gave a very reasonable estimate for parts and labor -- should the spray arms have needed to be repaired or replaced.) I later discovered the dishes weren't drying 100 percent. He came back the NEXT DAY and checked the heating element. All is running fine. And unbelievable-- no charge because there wasn't anything wrong. Highly recommend you use him! My experience with most appliance people has not been good. It's nice to have one that made up for all the dishonest and incompetent people in the past.
