Above all, I find them honest and trustworthy where their competitors I've used are not. They SHOULD be certified for Subzero service but there is only one company in all of California that is and my experience with that company is quite disappointing. By their service agreement (which gives them the entire state with no competition) they are SUPPOSED to deal with certain emergency issues (like my freezer stopping working) expediously and THEY couldn't/wouldn't schedule for nearly 3 weeks, their excuse being "we are very busy." Unfortunately the dryer was old and there was not a replacement computer board, they offered to send my existing computer board for repair. I was worried about the time it would take, but it just took a couple of days. They came right back and installed it very quickly. They evaluated the problem on a Friday and they've returned on Monday with the fixed board. There is a three month parts and labor warranty that comes with the service. They were solution, oriented, and problem solvers. They were very respectful of my space. And they were neat and tidy. Also very friendly. I would highly recommend this company. I had a great experience.
