I rarely write reviews, but after my experience with Appliances 4 Less, I felt compelled to share…read more I usually keep to myself when it comes to online feedback, but the level of service I received here was so above and beyond that I wanted to go out of my way for them, just like they did for me. If you're looking for appliances and want to feel confident about your purchase, this is the place to go. From the moment I reached out, both the salesperson and owner was attentive and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy. He took the time to answer all my questions, even the small details about the fridge I was interested in. He was patient as I explained my concerns about the side of the unit that would be visible in my kitchen, and he made sure to check it personally and reassure me about its condition. It was clear that customer satisfaction was his top priority. Finding an appliance in my budget was important to me and so was prompt delivery. My interactions for price and delivery was both straightforward and honest. The owner worked with me to find a deal that fit my budget, including warranty and delivery, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. He was transparent about what was possible and what wasn't, and I always felt like he was being fair. He patiently walked me through the process of payment so I could conveniently pay over the phone instead of returning to the store and he made sure everything was set up correctly. Scheduling delivery was easy and flexible. I have a busy schedule, and he made sure to accommodate my availability, even suggesting ways to make the timing work so I wouldn't have to miss any appointments. He communicated clearly about when the delivery would happen and made sure I'd be notified when the driver was on the way. That kind of attention to detail made the whole process worth while. The warranty was explained thoroughly, and I felt confident knowing that if anything went wrong with the appliance, I'd be covered with no hidden fees or deductibles. He sent me a receipt that included all the details--model number, warranty, delivery--so I had everything in writing. If there were any issues, he assured me I could call him directly and he'd take care of it. Overall, Appliances 4 Less is a trustworthy business that truly puts the customer first. The salesperson went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied, and I left feeling like my happiness was his ultimate goal. If you want to buy appliances from someone who cares and will go the extra mile for you, I highly recommend this store. I was happy to take the time to write this review as he took the time for me, and my hope is that others will give them a chance as well because I am a business owner that likes to see other businesses succeed.

I'm very disappointed in my experience with Harkey Tile and Stone…read more I went to them for my bathroom remodel, worked with Terri Wheeler on design and tile choices. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until she recommended a tile installer. When we were working on measurements, Terri stated that they don't sell tiles "by the tile" they come in square feet. Technically this is correct but when trying to figure out the square feet needed for each tile, Terri kept saying that they are not responsible for measurements and the installer is responsible. Well, Terri had the measurements and did the math but when it came down to doing the deal she wanted to release her liability and I ended up ordering more tile than I probably should. Because the installer broke my tiles I had to reorder and guess what- The person at Harkey taking the order never asked how many square feet I needed. My 24 x 48 tiles came in a box of 2 and my 12x24 floor tile came in a box of 6 tiles. Getting Terri to call me back was a process, there was ALWAYS an excuse and on one call she even divulged personal information about someone at Harkey that was none of my business. I'm not sure if she felt this would soften my bad experience but it only made me question her even more. After having a very challenging and bad experience with the installer that Harkey recommended, I reached out Drew Messenger, manager, to try and get my problem resolved. At this point I was already 2.5 months into a very small and simple bathroom remodel. Drew said he would assist in getting it resolved. Well, he did to a certain point. After back-and-forth with Harkey and the tile installer I ended up having to threaten litigation to the tile installer to get my bathroom completed. I was left with a USED vanity that was improperly installed, etched marble floor, grout haze on tiles, damaged drain cover and personal items that were used and or taken from my home. During this whole process, I was also getting a quote from Harkey on installing my kitchen countertops. Terri forwarded me an email with my updated quote that was $665 over my original quote with a note in the email from Drew to "increase each at $200 each". When I asked Drew why he emailed Terri with the increase his response was "Since you retained a lawyer for your issues regarding your tile installation and threatened to use them leads us to believe you'll be happier with a different fabricator and to consider my quote null and void." Drew is right! After my experience with Terri Wheeler and Drew Messenger at Harkey Tile and Stone, I do not want to work with them on any other project and I would advise you to consider what I wrote. Definitely do not rely on them for install recommendations! Know your measurements and don't let them tell you that they don't know how many tiles come in an order because they do. The tile I purchased was "their most popular tile" so to say you don't know how many tiles come in a box is an outright lie. In addition to the lack of customer service, their prices are higher than others that I have found in the area--SAME product and better customer service.

I recently purchased a grill and outdoor kitchen components from Charlotte Grill Company, and the…read moreexperience began to go sideways almost immediately after placing the order. We placed our order on March 21 and were told to expect delivery in approximately 2 weeks. In reality, the order was not delivered until April 29--over a month later. During that time, communication was consistently poor. I called the store multiple times for updates and was repeatedly told there were "issues at the distributor." However, when I contacted the distributor directly, I was told the items were in stock, which raises serious questions about what was actually happening with our order. When the delivery finally arrived, the experience deteriorated further. The grill and cabinets--both very heavy items--were simply left in the driveway. There was no attempt to coordinate delivery time, and no effort to place the items anywhere near the installation area. For products of this size and price point, this level of service is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the invoice listed a propane (LP) model, even though we had clearly discussed and intended to purchase a grill compatible with a direct natural gas line. This points to a lack of attention to detail and raises concerns about overall order accuracy. In total, we spent over $4,500 and received a level of service that fell well below expectations. While delays can happen, the combination of poor communication, questionable explanations, lack of follow-through, and careless delivery reflects a broader issue with how this business operates. We generally prefer to support local retailers, but in this case, we would have been far better off purchasing from a reputable online retailer where communication, order accuracy, and delivery expectations are clearly managed.

I was told they had an amazing selection of rubs and bbq sauces, but I didn't find that to be the case... They did have a decent selection, but not as many as I was expecting to find, but this could possibly be due to them relocating? They had a full selection of big green egg kamados as well plenty of accessories (eggsessories) for them and a nice selection of gas grills and some very high quality pizza ovens. I did grab a bag of lump charcoal while I was there as it's a brand I've never tried, and the price was very good. This definitely seems like the place to go for any custom grill setup you may want, and they can likely give you great advice too.

First of all, they were actually opened on a Sat afternoon and said they would be open until 4:00.
