Home watching FIFA. He failed to call to say he wasn't coming. When I called him to see what happened he offered no excuse or apologies. I have been unsatisfied with him for quite sometime. He cleaned my house gutters and left a mess behind. He left black streaks all over the soffit and side of my house and stained my driveway. He cuts the grass but never picks up the cuttings. He blows the cuttings under bushes, along the fence line and leaves a huge hidden mess for me find and to go behind him and clean it all up. His prices have increased and his performance has decreased. He shows up and promises to leave you with a clean and wonderful yard but the reality is he doesn't follow through and he lacks an understanding of how to run a business. You would be better served using someone else who has integrity. To be clear, this review is for Jairo's (and his wife Armida) Gardening Service... Update: Shortly after this review I received an email via yelp from Armida. She stated she did not have my name in their record and that I must be referencing another "Jairo" in Eureka. I have correctly stated this Jairo (707) 599-6349, from "Jairo's Gardening Service." In fact, when I first started yard service with Jairo, Armida came with him so she could translate as Jairo's English isn't good. You guys shouldn't play that game that other businesses do when they receive a negative review: deny, claim it was someone else, and then claim you're not one of our clients. . .

As others have said they didn't show up. I called throughout the day and every time they said…read moresomeone was on the way and then no one showed up. I understand things happen but after the first delay I asked them to let me know if they thought it would be delayed further because I had other things to do and then they gave me no updates until I would call them a few hours later and this went on all day. They rescheduled for the next day and the same thing happened. It got pretty frustrating because I basically spent two days waiting on them unable to do much else because they repeatedly said they were on the way and moving is stressful enough as is.
