I believe the strap came loose from the fixed end not the adjustable end. The first thing the young salesperson says is I have never seen this bike rack before. Immediately I lost confidence. They only a relatively few types of different products and I got a very standard bike rack from their top brand. It seems like they don't know their product well and are not very useful once the purchase is complete.
