They have been out TWICE to repair the shoddy work, and as I type, he is having to REDO what he just did because he failed to use painter's tape, so he got paint on the wall which should be only be on the trim. Isn't painter's tape pretty standard??? Again, he's not using anything to make a clear line...just freehanding it. Ridiculous, just ridiculous and totally unprofessional. I would give them ONE star, but the second star is for them coming back out to fix the shoddy work. I would definitely never use them again.

Though there were a handful of changes my wife and I made throughout the process, Nezar didn't charge us tor everything. They do extremely clean work and I highly suggest using them for any project you have. They do almost everything in-house, therefore cutting their costs down a lot, unlike most contractors these days. I can definitely say that while your project is going on, Ray and his crew were prompt and professional. Based on customer service alone, I would give them a 1 star. What I did not like was how often the project design changed (as far as the size of cabinets and where they would be). Everyday it seemed like the original plan was changing and the excuse was always "my kitchen is small" - well if that's the case, don't tell me you can put in cabinets and then later tell me, they wont fit. The cost of the project never changed, but I had to stand up for myself and say that I wasn't going to pay extra for cabinets Ray bought and couldn't use, wasn't my fault - I am not the contractor. When Ray provided the quote, he said he would do the tile back splash; however, I had to pay out of pocket for the tile backsplash material, and I was okay with that because I didn't specify that portion (although I assumed the material would be included along with the labor). At that point, I was so ready to be done with the crew (3 weeks with no stove/sink can do that to you) that I just paid for the material so they could get done and get out. Now that my project is over and I have concerns about my kitchen and the tile backsplash, Ray is a ghost. My project was completed on 7-28-17, I texted, called and emailed many times before Ray finally responded on 8-23-17 and came out to discuss the issues, but of course I would have to pay him more than I already paid. When he was here he did say that he would fix a portion of the kitchen wall where the backsplash is crooked, and again he is nowhere to be found. Oh - but first he tried to say that sometimes the backspalsh comes crooked - luckily i had left over so I could show him that the remaining backspalsh isn't crooked. I also mentioned that if his guy noticed that the backsplash was crooked, he should have fixed it right away instead of grouting/completing the job and used another piece. Also, he asked for $5000 down, which is illegal (cause it was more than 10% of the total job) and he could not provide me with an itemized bill for the job (shady?).

His company did a great job on the complete remodeling of my bathroom: new floors, toilet, fixtures, dual sink vanity, knock down old lighting fixture and installation of recess lights, removed popcorn ceiling, paint, upgraded baseboards, converted tub to a walk-in shower with tiles to the ceiling, split level shampoo box, corner bench, frameless glass door and installation of a quiet whisper exhaust system. It was a complete transformation. James uses his own crew (not sub-contractors) to do the work, which is why the quality is outstanding. The crew showed up on time every morning and cleaned up any debris at the end of each day.
