I did a bit of research and this company popped up with solid reliable reviews. I mean, there is nothing like knowing you have to get to the airport by a certain time and not feeling confident in your transportation. I booked in advance, so I received a discount - 1 way - just me was $60. Pretty good price given I live in the southeastern most part of Vail south of the 10. Definitely great in comparison to car services I have used in bigger cities. The driver called me to confirm he was on his way. He arrived in a very comfortable vehicle and on time. He was opened the door for me (score extra points) on both arrivals. He was super engaging and really nice, and got me safely to the airport. I really found 520 Express impressive from start to finish. I will definitely use again when I need it!

Nothing really to complain about, it was a cab ride and the cab was clean. However when my friend went to pay with a $20 he told her he had no change. Really? None at all? I have no idea if he was lying or not. Super lame, so he got kind of a giant tip since she had to give him the whole $20 bill.

Driven to two different *wrong* addresses, then driven *back* to *first* wrong address before the driver *finally* used *my* app to locate the *correct* address. *Then* the driver insisted on calling my cousin to be *guided in*! I was charged the *additional* cost for that wandering ride--plus the *additional* tip percentage I calculated from that--the entirety of which they refused to refund! I was *over* 1/2 an hour late for a 5:00-7:15 PM dinner with my cousin--whom I hadn't seen in *seven* years--before I had to leave for the airport. So I ended up being *charged* $41.65--to *waste* precious time and inflict added *stress*--on what was *supposed* to be a $22.97 fare! On *top* of which, I had to have my cousin's *wife* drive me on my return trip--to catch my plane, which they had already started boarding by the time I *ran* there--because my *return* LYFT driver *never found* the place at all, but charged *me* for that too! I mean who's the common denominator here? So for that "no-show/cancellation" fee--on *their* part--*I* was charged $10 to be credited toward my "next" ride; like there would ever *be* a next ride . . . with *LYFT*!
