Nothing really to complain about, it was a cab ride and the cab was clean. However when my friend went to pay with a $20 he told her he had no change. Really? None at all? I have no idea if he was lying or not. Super lame, so he got kind of a giant tip since she had to give him the whole $20 bill.

It took me three times to get the app to accept the proper address. Attempts to contact the Lyft customer service ended up in Hang-Ups redirect to non-existent websites and pages.
