He was not only able to fix our emergency with ease, he also identified (with proof) that our normal HVAC company was not doing the routine cleaning that we have been paying them to do for more than 4 years. It was quite shocking, but he said that sadly he sees this all the time. His emergency rate was more than fair, he is a fantastic tech, and good conversation as well. We would not hesitate to call Matt again. Nice, genuine business owner. Note to homeowners who carry maintenance plans with HVAC companies. Check the fine print on your membership inspection points. Ask them directly if they are inspecting or cleaning the evaporative coils, checking evaporative drain pan, checking evaporative drain pipes, and cleaning the blower assembly. If these services are not included in your maintenance plan, change companies. These components are critical to furnace/AC health. Our entire emergency situation was caused because our normal HVAC company was not inspecting our evaporative coil components and a clog built up over years, causing our drip pan to overflow and water leak all over our basement. Our normal HVAC company never even opened the door on the furnace where the evaporative components are located.

I was lying in bed Saturday past midnight, literally sweating from the heat trying to research HVAC companies online. I entered our information into Home Advisor and Naninos came up. I clicked to request an appointment. Within 15 minutes the owner Dell called me. Yes, even at that time 1215am. Dell agreed to come over the next day and was extremely helpful with his recommendations. Also, on his website he offered to beat any other written offer and he was true to his word. Within four days we had saved thousands of dollars and had a full AC unit installed! The best part was that Dell installed everything himself with his support staff. The whole experience with Dell has been fantastic. From start to finish he was been extremely responsive and helpful. I can't see how you can get better value or service. I feel he truly wanted to earn our business. I said to my wife, if he's responsive enough to call me back at 1215am just to set an appointment, we know he's going to be available if anything ever goes wrong.
