The woman on the phone explained what was needed and gave me recommendations on what to make sure was included and how to provide the samples. Dropping them off was a snap and my results arrived by email later in the day. I was a little worried about whether my samples would make it that day since there were a lot in the queue. A work invoice was sent by email after the results and was a quick and easy way to pay (through Quickbooks). There are several different turnaround windows you can opt for, the quickest is naturally the most expensive (~47$ at this writing). Same day samples have to be received by 2pm that day for processing.

My hopes were not high at all. And then I had the good fortune of coming across Labcor's website. It was easy to read, and the lab appeared a short drive away. Too good to be true already.
