She was astonishingly knowledgeable about every aspect of mold, including products for DIY cleaning, health symptoms, and online resources for healing. With the help of these two great companies, some DIY cleaning, and Karin's solid advice we were able turn a frightening and toxic situation into a healthy one. Our home is safe and my symptoms are gone. Thanks, Karin!!

On the day they arrived early (after calling to confirm it was OK). They got right to it, and had to drain the remainder of the oil, before cutting the tank into pieces. They were very professional, cemented over the wall where the pipes had been, removed the exterior pipes and cemented those. And laid down some odor-absorbing stuff to help with the smell. I'd recommend these for oil tank removal. (And by the way, my wife used them for her father's exterior oil tank decommission 2 years ago and it also went really well.)

This inspection included photos of all aspects of the home. Chris went over every single point of the report with me after the inspection. He explained every detail and answered every question I had. The report included photos and explanations of every point and was categorized, really top notch reporting. Chris' patience is truly BEYOND any professional I have dealt with in a very very long time if ever! He treated that inspection as if it were his family moving in that house!!! I could tell he takes great pride in his work and he definitely left no stone unturned. His coworker- Brett who scoped the "clean out" of the home was equally as professional and affable. I am extremely happy with Wall to Wall Home Inspections and whole heartedly, HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

It was incredibly stressful working with W2W. Our HOA hired W2W to inspect attics in 130+ homes…read moreover a 4-week period. While mistakes can happen, this experience went far beyond normal hiccups. The company was disorganized-- in one instance forgetting our scheduled week, forcing last-minute rescheduling of 18 inspections. In another sending us a "urgent" message about 6 units being scheduled for 1/21/2025 when they already inspected them on 11/21/2025. Sometimes their inspectors showed up at the wrong homes and marked them as "no-shows," charging us unjustifiable no-show fees. What made the experience unacceptable was the owner's behavior - petty, juvenile. Various examples are: despite invoices being processed promptly and checks already issued, he repeatedly pressured for immediate payment, made petty comments, demanded stop-payments and check pickups, threatened to halt inspections, and attempted to intimidate by claiming his wife was an attorney and a state judge - isn't impersonating state judge a misdemeanor? These claims were verifiably untrue and per her LinkedIn, she hasn't practiced law since 2019. Coordination issues happen. Misleading statements and juvenile conduct are a choice. We would not recommend W2W.

This company came out and tested the flooring and confirmed there was asbestos. My communications…read morewith them up until this point seemed very professional and straightforward, and I was in a panic when I discovered the asbestos issue, so I told them to go forward with abatement. I researched online and learned that abatement of mastic on hardwood floors can be done by scraping or sanding or other methods, and the guy who refinished my hardwood floors a couple years ago got it off of the floor and refinished the wood without issue, so I assumed this would be the case. When I came home, I was horrified when I realized they had cut out all of the hardwood boards out of my kitchen and removed them, instead of scraping and sanding the hardwoods. I'm now out $1800 AND I literally don't have a floor anymore. When I spoke to them over the phone, I was assured that removing the boards was the ONLY way to address the issue, which is simply untrue. I feel like an idiot for not researching other abatement companies, as it was a decision I made in panic. It's too late now, but now I'm researching and finding all of these other companies that offer abatement in Portland for hardwood flooring where the mastic can be removed. When I saw photos of other local companies work post-removal, I felt even more like an idiot. There was no need for me to lose my floors entirely in this process. This has been a nightmare. I was told this company specializes in abatement, but it seems they specialize in demolition, and ensure abatement in the process of said demolition. Unless you're looking to tear out a wall or a floor or cabinetry entirely, I would not recommend.

The work was complete and the A/C was back on so I thought that would be the end of it. However after a minor issue arose I called to get it looked at (mind you I spent $2500 with this company) because they were last ones to touch it. The man was rude on the phone and when I expressed that I did not want to engage with his rude behavior he texted me "do not ever contact me again or I will call the police." A representative for the owner called and apologized but stated they didn't have any other service personnel to come and look. Now my A/C is completely not working again. I emailed to get help and no one has returned my email. I called and no one answered. Again, I can have grace as it is HOT and everyone is calling and short-staffed.
