They've done everything for us; Beautiful stained, stamped patios, sidewalks, driveways, driveway extensions, pathways of any shape, corners, curves, ramps and stairs. They have been in around for many years, I really appreciate that they are a family business. The first job they did for us was a full back patio, sidewalks and driveway extension in 2010, then another Huge home project in 2018 (new house) gigantic stained and stamped patio, sidewalks, driveway extension and ramp. Then the most recent, just completed two weeks ago, new construction full driveway, patio, and wrap around walkways. They also hauled in over 20 loads of gravel to fix our road. They are our go-to concrete guys! I would recommend them to anyone!

About the worst news you can receive as a homeowner is that you have failed siding that needs…read morereplacing, because it's not just the siding, it's what is underneath that has to be addressed. Two side of our house needed siding replaced due to construction flaws and water intrusion. We chose SFW Construction based on their Angies List recommendations. The workers were very skilled, they knew exactly what they needed to do, explained everything to us every step of the way. This is painful work for a homeowner: it is slow, noisy, invasive, and very very expensive. It took over three weeks to do two sides of our tall skinny house, and we spent about 10% of the purchase price of the house on the repairs. Painful, as I said. Very happy with the work and the people who did the work. 5 stars for that. I took one star off because they recommended SFW Painting to paint our house, and if you read my review of that company, doubt may creep into your mind as to whether you should do business with SFW. I can say that SFW Construction did a good job, and they were very good people to work with.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE They are predators…read more They do decent work; however, the bills are absolutely insane. On my site, people have put up 16 hardy planks, about 6 feet each, and charged 27 hours for it. I am fairly certain they charge for lunches, so 3x1H will cost you just that. They disappear and will not talk to you. Will not communicate at all. If you toy with them, only a fixed-price contract.

I purchased a home late last May that needed lots of work before I would move in. Work started in…read moreearly June and Andrew was one of the first contractors on the job. I wanted to add hardwood in the family room and hall along with refinishing the existing wood floors in the living/dining room, kitchen and office. It is not possible to tell what flooring is new and what was added, he blended them so well and matched the species and size of the existing flooring. Andrew not only cooperated beautifully with the other contractors but dug right in and was finished on time with a lovely result. The timeline was short so challenging. I cannot recommend Arbor Hardwoods more heartily. Their pricing is fair and I definitely believe I got what I paid for and more.

I was thinking the trade off would be having to wait longer for an abatement to get a lower rate. But they got me in sooner than I'd thought. The work they did was stellar- clean, efficient, professional in every way. Greg was really responsive and communicative and really went the extra mile to help me understand what was going on and how to mitigate the situation. He was also helpful to my contractor in assessing how to address other aspects of the renovation project. Ultimately, they came in UNDER budget, took less time to complete the work than anticipated AND got me on the schedule sooner than planned! Besides all of that, I just really LIKED Greg and his crew. Really good people who are honest and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome given how stressful it all began. Greg de-escalated the situation almost immediately and helped me feel more at ease with the information he provided. Thanks to everyone at LOI.

In addition to handling the on-site work and all the street sewer and water tie ins, they had to do some digging on our property in order to remediate a fuel tank leak. This work was in tight quarters and right next to our foundation so a lot could have gone wrong with a less experienced operator. With Konell I was never worried. These guys are pros and they also keep a tidy site which is always appreciated by those who living in the area.

Josh from Clean Slate Hauling and Junk Removal is awesome!…read more I entered my information on the website and he immediately called me and we set up a date for estimate/junk removal. Honestly, I don't want to have someone come out and give an estimate and then return in a future date. I just want the junk gone. Josh gave a really fair estimate and spent the next few hours clearing junk, yard debris and old grills etc from a pile in a yard. I was so impressed how he left the yard and made sure he had everything we needed removed. I cannot recommend this company again. Josh said they do clean out apartments and hoarding situations where they can find alternatives to simply dumping it at a landfill. Again 5 stars from me!
