So, fight fire with fire. I recently discovered that some banks (not all) allow you to permanently block a specific vendor from charging your credit card, permanently. Glory be! This is better than cancelling your card, because they still get to charge you for 150 days after cancellation. If you do business with this company, do NOT give them any checking or credit card account numbers unless the bank provides this service. When you want to cancel service, call your bank and put that block in place right away. Then there's no need to waste your time trying to get them to cancel, because they won't, EVER, no matter what you do.

The reason that I am writing the review today is because this is the first time that I have spoken to Mitchell in over two years. I received an alert on my control pad that a battery was low and I didn't know which device needed the new battery. I called Mitchell on his cell phone. He picked up on the second ring. I had the battery in a drawer and he identified the device and walked me through the battery change over the phone. This tells you a couple of things: 1. The equipment that Mitchell sold to me over 2 years ago works without issue. I literally have had not spoken to him in over 2 years because I have NEVER had a problem. My big problem today was that I needed a new battery. I'm OK with that. 2. Mitchell answers his phone. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Mitchell is a good guy. He knows what he is doing and he sells good stuff. I recommend him without hesitation.
