I was told it would be no more than $7 for a 15-minute wash using a credit card. Based on that information, I proceeded. I only noticed today that I was actually charged $15, which is more than double what I was quoted. This feels misleading and unacceptable--especially since there was no clear pricing displayed. I called and spoke with a manager, and instead of resolving the issue, I was told to dispute the charge with my credit card company. That response alone shows a lack of accountability. I will be disputing the charge and filing a complaint with the BBB if this is not resolved. At a minimum, pricing should be clearly posted so customers know exactly what they're being charged.

And the top of my car was completely wet apparently they forgot to dry the top of my SUV. I immediately called they never pick up, after calling three times, eventually I got a call back from Rick. FYI the Express Wash is $15 off on Wednesdays. I had a lot of pollen droppings on my car from parking outdoors and under palm trees. They started with a hand wash to get all the gunkies off then it went through the machine. This is NOT 100% hand wash (but again I'm getting a wax so I'm not fully concerned about scratches). If you are looking for a full hand wash, just go to a mobile detailer. Why only 4.5 stars ? 1 car came out clean as expected. No streaks or scratches.
