VERY VERY pretty interior, modern with a large variety of study spaces , several rooms and different types of chairs depending on how you feel. We went on a rainy Thursday after work and it was very packed but also everyone was respectful with their voices. Took 10-15 mins for the affogato coffee $4.50~ to come out since after we ordered there was a large queue of orders coming out slowly. Coffee was strong and good bitter. But I was very disappointed with the ratio of coffee to ice cream. After taking two small bites of the ice cream, the rest melted away. on a rainy 70~ day in the car. This was worth the drive. Once you pull up they have the cutest design outside. As soon as you walk in all you see is a beautiful display of lights and design. There is more than enough seating area and different styles depending on what you need to do while staying. The menu is simple and staff does a great job explaining their specialities. I got the latte and it was delicious. I sat in the back of the shop to get a full view of the shop and it was delightful. The ambiance was beautiful and relaxing. One of my favorite spots to study/work! I'm a sucker for coffee spots with a fun snack selection. Here, there are plenty of traditional bites along with a nice seasonal menu. The pumpkin cake was delicious and my almond milk latte was perfect. The service was great, not too chatty but enough conversation to make you feel welcomed. I swung in for an option to Starbucks. Shop local I say. The atmosphere is great. Very welcoming and impressive inside with both private sitting areas and open spaces. I ordered a mocha with almond milk. It was just ok. However, the lid is the cheap kind and not secure as evidenced by coffee down my white shirt on my 3rd sip. Great coffee! My latte was tasty and hot. I love the ambience and multiple seating areas. I came on a weekend, so the space was limited. If you're coming here to read a book, study, or work, be mindful that it's noisy on weekends with lots of families and people catching up with friends, sometimes a bit too loudly. This place is oozing cozy vibes. I spent a couple hours just reading and chilling on one of their couches. Between the couches and the tables and the private meeting rooms, seating is a choose-your-own-adventure here. The decor is also adorable and super duper festive. I ordered an oat flat white and it was excellent. Love that they have real mugs for the cafe. Their seasonal menu also sounds fun but super sweet. Maybe another version of me is enjoying it in a parallel universe. The barista who helped me was friendly, and I felt very welcomed as a newbie. The ambience of this place is really cool. There are a ton of cool nooks and corners to do work and eat. The menu is fairly simple, and my one complaint is that they don't have a ton of food options- just a few gluten free/vegan pastries and one type of bagel from what I saw. I got a cold brew which was great. Their bev station has a container of creamer which is nice because I like to add mine myself. The cashier who helped us was super nice, I dont remember his name but he was wearing an apron and we were there around 8:45am on Monday the 22nd. The plentiful staff are friendly. The place is clean. Unfortunately however the coffee was bad, tasting very much like they are using unfiltered tap-water. There are some 36 contaminants in the local water, many of them cancer-causing, and I think I tasted some of them in the coffee. They should be using heavily filtered water or even offer the option of distilled water rather than use the city water. Bad water ruins good coffee. read more

Hard to find amazing coffee. Redefined has nailed it! Back when I was doing keto, I got a latte with sugar free caramel and heavy cream. OMG!!! One of the best drinks that I've ever gotten at a cafe. I couldn't believe how good it was. The space is super cool and the wifi is excellent. The only drawbacks is that virtually no one wears masks inside and the drinks are small and expensive. So my one star review will begin with "what a great place". You walk in and should be immediately impressed. The lounge areas and decor is great. Went there at 2:00 in the afternoon for a business meeting and the place was packed. I was impressed. Unfortunately the coffee was terrible. I don't know what happened but I ordered a hot coffee with almond milk and salted caramel. Maybe the milk had gone bad but wow it was awful. I honestly can't explain what it tasted like. You just know it was bad. My colleague had an iced coffee and also said it was like drinking dirt. Located within a short drive from the DFW airport north exit, I really loved this small coffee shop. I had extra 30 minuets between my meetings and I though a cup of hot drink is just nice to have.
