Review for Reddot Printing Absolutely phenomenal experience working with Z at RedDot Printing. If you need any printing services, 100%, Z is your guy. Let's rewind to a few days ago: I probably called 10 different places on Labor Day in search of someone who could print some flyers for me within a 3-day turnaround. Of those 10 phone calls, 2 people picked up. The first person who picked up told me he was closed and hung up and the second person who picked up was Z. Although Mr. Z was also closed on Labor Day, he still took time to listen to my needs, take down my information and ask questions to make sure he understood my project well. He told me to email him copies of my flyer and he would have them ready by the following morning. Incredible. But he didn't stop there. When I sent him my flyer proofs, he made some recommendations to it to improve its design, look, and efficacy. Next, Z worked tirelessly responding to all my inquiries promptly and professionally and had everything ready to go at 7:30am the next day. When I went to pick up my flyers, they were shrink-wrapped to protect them (another wonderful touch), but even through the plastic, they looked absolutely beautiful. Crystal clear photos and text on glossy paper that wasn't too light or too heavy; he just truly did an extraordinary job. For payment, he even applied a teacher discount because I am an educator. Because of Z's great work with the flyers, I had asked during our initial conversation if he could also print me off some business cards for an event I was having. He said absolutely and that he would just need the proofs. Well, when I went to pick up my flyers, I was unfortunately still waiting to get the business card proofs back from my graphic designer. This was really posing as an issue because I had just given out my last business card and needed more for an event later in the day. Because my designer kept delaying the deliverables, Z took the initiative to let me sit in his office with him while he designed and printed new business cards for me in 30 minutes, AFTER he had already worked tirelessly developing, editing, and printing off flyers for me with a 12-hour notice. Who does that?!?? Z does. Z's customer service experience is truly unparalleled and second to none. I will be happily using his services again for future projects and materials and recommending his business to anyone I know in need of print materials. I will say that I am very critical when vetting new services and do read each and every review due to the standard and expectation of work that I need to produce for work. I was very impressed by my cousins obituary so I asked his wife who printed them and she raved about how quick and cheap this business was. Well I was very impressed by her recommendation and my cousin obituary was really nice quality paper and print. So recently my uncle passed and I had spread myself very thin with a avalanche of family issues. I never printed color obituaries before so my cousin recommended this place and I reached out. The response time was very fast. I had like 2-3 days until funeral so it was very short notice and I will take full responsibility for that. I requested a quote for wedding invitations to be done ASAP within 3 days and within 10mins he reached out and gave me all the information I needed. After sending him the initial wedding invite design, Z informed me that the design file was invalid and would not work and the print quality would be poor. So what does Z do?
