Kinda thickish too. The veggie was chock full of every veggie. And the crust also on the thickish side. With that many toppings the dough seemed kinda mushy but it was cooked through. I like a crispy crust but it wasn't bad. Sauce was neutral not sweet but not too savory. Lots of cheese and good amount of toppings. Prices were about average and a coupon always helps. Overall, everyone liked the pizza and we devoured most of it. This is a return. We'd go back and it's close to our house which helps.

After explaining I'm only there because they haven't answered the phone for 20 minutes and it their closing time, proceeds to tell me they're short staffed and that my food has been delivered. I said if it was delivered I wouldn't be here as I live across the street. Then proceeds to start a screaming and cursing match after I complain.

The walls are layered with history, newspaper, clippings, photos, signs, and more. Service has been tremendous, they make you feel at home. First time I had some ribs and my dinner partner had some rigatoni huge portions, and the little triangles of cheesy garlic bread are a perfect compliment ribs were fall off the bone. They're heavy on the sauce, but you can push that off to the side. I'm a second visit all three of us had ravioli, two of us had meat ravioli and one had cheese again very large portion size served with a side salad and we ordered a pizza just so we could try one. It feels cozy, deep dish, again sauce heavy, the cheese, and the toppings tend to slide off if you get into the pizza pretty early. But overall a solid pizza and the restaurants, a solid value.

Hey, probably happens all the time. So I only do pickup. It's close, and they are always on time. One time they did mess up my late night order, and I had to wait but they offered me the error for free, so that's worth it. Pepperoni, banana pepper, and jalapeño is the way to go. Standard crust. I chimed in with is this how make a Philly sub here and Karen's reply was that's how we do things around around here? The manager Mike Laughed along side the 3rd employee who's name is Timmer who was about 13, that's when I asked for photos number, I also got district's number two but they directed me to a different location, me and the other customer got the information as Karen started screaming on the top of his lungs, he proceeded to go into the cooler screaming very loudly, if you seconds later a fourth person stuck their head out from the cooler, I'm not sure if they were an employee or not or if they were even supposed to be there, I asked the other customer who was in the store longer than I if she knew about the 4th employee and she said no. As we were communicating Timmer started to cry as we said we were going to get information. I've called corporate and left them multiple messages, I went on their website they directed me to and left a message and since then I contacted the Bedford store where the district manager is allegedly working most of the time, since Saturday I have not heard anything back and they told me 3 to 5 days I would get a refund for my order which I still have yet to receive. After saying that nobody cares to do anything about the situation all the way from district management all the way to the top of corporate I guess this truly is how Marco's Pizza does things around there. I would never recommend this place to anybody nor would I recommend it to my worst enemy, there were even flies all over the rest of the restaurant and their deal does not even add up it's cheaper to get two large subs separately opposed to getting they're "deal"
