Both times the clerk informed me that the restroom was out of order. upon further inquiry I was informed that the bathroom wasn't going to be repaired as it is too expensive to repair and is not profitable. I asked the staff what they do and a salesclerk informed me that they go to the bathroom behind the store. This is a health issue, a public disservice, and shows shows a total lack of concern for loyal customers.

He expertly explained the differences between the gas and electric models of the equipment she was interested in, and found a good deal on one of the products that was on sale. We also got an extra battery for one of the tools as a promotional deal that we weren't aware of. We purchased all of her new toys... er.. uh... "tools," and Adam assisted in registering them for warranty. This is a great hardware store, and they have lots of products. Chances are they have exactly what you need! Very nice, helpful service. Now that I'm a bit more familiar with the area, I don't think it's any farther away than HD or Lowe's so for basic hardware items I think it's a neat place to go.
