The refrigerator was delivered dented…read more Fortunately, the delivery guy spotted the dent on the door and suggested we refuse delivery of it and that they would be back in touch within a day to arrange for delivery of a new one without dents. He was also supposed to hook up our washer and dryer but didn't hook up the dryer. Given that it was Labor Day weekend, we waited until Tuesday to go back to the store. The soonest the delivery/hookup people could come over was on FRIDAY. I said it was unacceptable and that I wanted them to just come get all the appliances and I would return them to the store. Carmella asked me to wait a moment. She managed to get one of the employees to come over to our home the next morning and get the dryer properly installed. :) They couldn't get the refrigerator we originally ordered until two more weeks. That wasn't good and I asked for a refund. They hemmed and hawed for a moment then started making phone calls. It was more than an hour of waiting until they could process our refund but they got it done. Big thank you to Carmella and to Robert for getting things right with us!

If it hadn't been so close to Christmas and had of had time I would have went somewhere else. I will never go back there unless I just don't have a choice. It made me feel humiliated. The other mower was service 4 times because it wouldn't start after they put in a new spark plug. I never had any problems before EVER getting it started till these people messed with it. I think they see a single elderly woman and they got me for almost $300.00. I stated that the cost of each item was this amount. He then stated that I had to take a pencil and paper and write down these long numbers and bring them to the register.
