The employee treated us like we were trying to steal it. He leaned on it the whole time and got in my personal space when he finally did let me hold it. He treated us like we were going to steal it because we couldn't afford it. Also he didn't believe me when I asked about a military discount. If it hadn't been so close to Christmas and had of had time I would have went somewhere else. I will never go back there unless I just don't have a choice. It made me feel humiliated. I have had 2 mowers up there times because they aren't fixed right. I just picked them both up last weekend, the one needed a new rope and blade, when I started it, black smoke was coming from it and yes I did check the oil and it was full and it just putted and used a gallon of gas for a 1/2 acre. The other mower was service 4 times because it wouldn't start after they put in a new spark plug. I never had any problems before EVER getting it started till these people messed with it. I think they see a single elderly woman and they got me for almost $300.00. Take my advice, if you want sometime fixed right, DONT take it to this place, they will screw you over, at least that has been my experience. Would not recommend them to anyone!!!

I stated that the cost of each item was this amount. He then stated that I had to take a pencil and paper and write down these long numbers and bring them to the register. This man had a nasty attitude and should not deal with the public. I will never go to this business again and will be sure to let others know of the treatment I received.
