It seemed as if he was irritated that we were customers potential buyers in his store. He didn't even make an attempt to look into our direction he like at least four or five customers go in front of us, and when I finally asked him about the price of a game he was very irritated and impatient because I didn't hear him the first time when he was incredibly soft spoken he should consider getting a megaphone. Horrible Customer Service overall to the point I almost considered going to a GameStop instead. This store will not get my business ever unless that employee is fired. Do yourself a favor and avoid the store. unfortunately, there isn't an option for me to write the store zero stars or I would.

Moreover, there is a store where you can find a lot of older games for older consoles like the Wii, PS2, and Xbox360 to name a few. They have quite a few specials on older games as well. The store offers many other things as well other than playing or purchasing older games. They have gaming-type gifts and they do trades too. It's definitely worth a stop if you are a gamer, looking for a retro item and/or looking for a hard-to-find game or item for yourself or as a gift...or just want a trip down memory lane. They have plenty of floorspace, don't get me wrong, and they have a lot of inventory, most of it locked behind glass doors that you have to call a sales person over to open. Seated there for a couple of hours, I found that the place is kept at a temperature that is a bit too warm. Combine that with the lighting that is too stark and the lack of sound proofing that causes echoes to occur everywhere, and staying within the building for any length of time is not a pleasant experience. I get the distinct feeling that this is a storefront where they want you to come in, select something, buy it, and get out. I felt no sense of community in the store, no warmth (except for the heat), and no real welcomeness.

Im not sure why he has 1 star on yelp, i've had nothing but good experiences here. occasionally theres a card or 2 above market, but if you buy it at that it's your fault for not checking. I've done it before here and didn't realize until after i got home, thats not their fault. they have hundreds of cards not every price will be perfect. also, to the other review, you knowingly ripped the guys wife off in his OWN store, of course he's going to tell you to not come back. anyways, im on my way here and im looking forward to another visit!
