Great place to find second hand games. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This is one of my son's favorite stores.

I guess you can say this is where many old arcade games go to finish out their days. It's fun to…read moreplay the older outdated games...it brings back a lot of memories. Arcade games have changed so much over the years, so it's nice to be able to have access to them. All games take quarters and they do have a change machine. You can literally spend a few hours in here...just like the good ol' days for some of us. Moreover, there is a store where you can find a lot of older games for older consoles like the Wii, PS2, and Xbox360 to name a few. They have quite a few specials on older games as well. The store offers many other things as well other than playing or purchasing older games. They have gaming-type gifts and they do trades too. It's definitely worth a stop if you are a gamer, looking for a retro item and/or looking for a hard-to-find game or item for yourself or as a gift...or just want a trip down memory lane. On that note, I'm glad places like this exist to give new life to all of these games, etc. It's pretty cool!

The front housed everything video game-related from cables and consoles, to action figures, and of course, all the video games. But walk to the back right where the lights are dimmed and it becomes more noisy, boom...arcade. Lotsa pinball machines, old-school arcade machines, skeeball, air hockey, etc. We just wanted to check the place out and didn't play but this is a great place to settle a score hahaha. Also, it didn't appear that Saturday afternoon is a busy time as no one was in there playing. As we were leaving though, a father and son went back and I heard the token machine dispensing coins. The staff were super nice and know their stuff. Definitely wanna play in that arcade in the future.

They have a pretty good selection of games, there was a very nice gentleman that helped me find some games I was looking for (I forgot his name but I will edit this if I find out) the prices are definitely more than fair, and they said that they get new games in daily from trade ins so that always makes me happy! Just a heads up they do have a section over at their glass counter that's has an extra set of games, I didn't realize that until one of the nice workers pointed it out to me, they usually put more of the popular/recognizable titles there. Overall I love this place and I would totally come here more often but I would become bankrupt!

Coming from out of town to visit UF this was a total gem mine of a place. HUGE SELECTION of Amiibo, plushies, retro(which I'm extremely into), counsels both common n rare, hand helds, lots of SNES/DS/3DS, modern day game and lots of friendly faces. If you enjoy any of this stuff IT WOULD BE A DISSERVICE FOR YOU NOT TO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT. Also they had a bunch of huge tables in the back for locals to kick back or bust out some decks. They also offered to let me use their Wi-Fi. BIG BIG EPIC Shout out to Wes, Chris and Joey. Thank you for your kindness Wes. I found two of my hidden gems here and they also have a disc cleaner if you got a beat up scratch a datch one at home you need fixing so it's playable. I WISH THIS WAS MY LOCAL. Better than Disney world.

It's rare to find a store like this, and we're lucky enough to have one here. They're all very friendly and helpful. And they give you way better deals on purchases and trade ins than any other game store around. So if anyone happens to read these reviews, please ignore the review written by D D. Your I.Q. will drop a few points. Trust me, it almost turned my brain into shit. Anyways, keep up the good work Pat and Shane ;)

This review is not a reflection on the store itself or of its amazing day to day employees but…read moreinstead the owner for this poor business practice. I'm writing this review to warn others in regards to a terrible policy. The owner has a bad habit of bait and switch pricing tactics on the pricing of games in his store. This is the third time in which I've brought a game to the counter and it has either scanned for a higher price than marked or he looked up the game and found one insane person asking a ridiculous price for it on eBay and now will not sell it for anything less. He then in turn via online chat with the employee will not honor or sell for the price as marked on the game. It's truly sad as being the only local game store in St. Augustine I shop here quite frequently. I'm surprised he would implement such policies which I'm 100% sure are frowned upon by the BBB & especially to loyal customers. I've shopped here for years and spent a significant amount of money in that time frame and its all really unfortunate. I take pride in helping my local small businesses and the employees have always been amazing but this bait and switch business practice is pretty disheartening. So if you ever see a price on a game in this store just know that may not actually be the price you pay because behind the scenes over an online chat he may increase the price at will or choose not to sell it to you at all. And to think before all this I purchased well over $100 in games that day too. ‍ So if you are ever wondering why there is no customer loyalty program it's most likely because the owner doesn't seem to value long term customers over profit & greed.

I said "league of legends trading card game I'm looking to buy boosters and the proving ground do you have those?". He says "yes we do we have the proving grounds and the boosters". I ask "ok, how much are those?". he replies, "I can't discuss prices over the phone". I then tell the person "ok I'll come up soon". He said "we open at 12:00". I said "ok I'll be there". I get there right at "opening" and I ask the person for riftbound packs and the proving ground. He says "the proving grounds would be in that case over there" and points at the case." He then states "looks like we're out." Already frustrated, I decide to let that go and I ask them if I could buy some riftbound packs. I ask if I can buy a box. He states that they are not selling boxes until the release event they have on thursday to make sure they have enough product for that. This makes sense to me, so I ask them how many packs left they have in the display box they are selling out of. He states, there's plenty in there. I ask if I can buy the rest and he states "I can only sell 3 per person". I feel like there was a lot of room for better communication throughout this ordeal. I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of customer service this store has. A lot of this information could have been told me over the phone.
