I just picked them both up last weekend, the one needed a new rope and blade, when I started it, black smoke was coming from it and yes I did check the oil and it was full and it just putted and used a gallon of gas for a 1/2 acre. The other mower was service 4 times because it wouldn't start after they put in a new spark plug. I never had any problems before EVER getting it started till these people messed with it. I think they see a single elderly woman and they got me for almost $300.00. Take my advice, if you want sometime fixed right, DONT take it to this place, they will screw you over, at least that has been my experience. Would not recommend them to anyone!!!

Both times the clerk informed me that the restroom was out of order. upon further inquiry I was informed that the bathroom wasn't going to be repaired as it is too expensive to repair and is not profitable. I asked the staff what they do and a salesclerk informed me that they go to the bathroom behind the store. This is a health issue, a public disservice, and shows shows a total lack of concern for loyal customers.

He expertly explained the differences between the gas and electric models of the equipment she was interested in, and found a good deal on one of the products that was on sale. We also got an extra battery for one of the tools as a promotional deal that we weren't aware of. We purchased all of her new toys... er.. uh... "tools," and Adam assisted in registering them for warranty. This is a great hardware store, and they have lots of products. Chances are they have exactly what you need!
