She wasn't sure if they had business ties with that particular country, so she checked. They did not have the ability to send to Brazil, but she gave me a few local shops around town that she thought could help. Now, you know you are getting good service, if a salesperson suggests their competition to you, because they did not have what you asked for. I received confirmation of my order immediately, received another email picturing the actual flower arrangement and a 3rd email letting me know it was delivered. Very impressive!! I wish they were local for me; I'd find every excuse to send flowers. Their prices were excellent, their selection was more than ample and their service was superb.

They sent an email back apologizing saying there was a misunderstanding between the order taker and flower arranger. They asked what they could do to rectify this.
