The order went out within the hour, it was delivered within 20 or 30 minutes and the arrangement was exactly like their photo. I received confirmation of my order immediately, received another email picturing the actual flower arrangement and a 3rd email letting me know it was delivered. Very impressive!! I wish they were local for me; I'd find every excuse to send flowers. Their prices were excellent, their selection was more than ample and their service was superb.

All the ladies were busy working and let me know from behind a mountain of flowers and plants that they were ready to help when I needed it. I told them. She wasn't sure if they had business ties with that particular country, so she checked. They did not have the ability to send to Brazil, but she gave me a few local shops around town that she thought could help. Now, you know you are getting good service, if a salesperson suggests their competition to you, because they did not have what you asked for. It is great business sense, because it shows they are focused on customer satisfaction! Thank you ladies!! I hope you get lots of rest after Valentine's Day!! See you next time!

Rather than be serviced by a professional, you will find an owner who will blame you, the groom, or anyone but herself. Imagine calling to discuss problems with the tux you just picked up, and getting an earful about how it's all the groom's fault for leaving it to the last minute, having add-ons, how she doesn't make any money on these rentals, blah blah blah. I was aghast. What she provided was so poor it was unwearable, and I had to get another solution from elsewhere. Great job supporting your customers, Tina. Stick to flowers.

Needed one single rose, with thorns, and no baby's breath or greenery. The bill came to under $4, but they treated me as though I had placed an order for a huge wedding. Subsequently I've found that, no matter how large or how small my order, they treat me like I was their favorite customer, for whom every bit of service was a delight. As to their flowers, I've ordered living flower arrangements sent to hospital rooms, and found them in great shape, even with the usual hospital neglect, after a week in the sickroom. My holiday table arrangement was beautiful, exactly what this picky customer requested -- and it just kept going, lasted and lasted, far longer than I could have expected. Floral Expressions has ample parking spaces, great artistic sense, and lots of choice for people who may want to pick exactly the flowers they want. And oh yes, one thing more: the floral designers all seem to like one another, and even under stress (like the morning of Valentines Day) are having fun with each other and enjoying what they do. If you haven't been to FE yet, give they a try. You'll be glad you did.

They did exact opposite of what we talked about. When I saw what looked like a furneral arrangement I contacted them immediately. They sent an email back apologizing saying there was a misunderstanding between the order taker and flower arranger. They asked what they could do to rectify this. I was so surprised that someone actually cared about their customer. However, this turned out to be an empty gesture. This was in August. So I thought I'd give them a chance and emailed them, no response. It is now October. It's not worth spending over $80 for a flower arrangement you can pick up at the grocery store. Very disappointing and this will keep me from trusting another florist for deliveries. It's too bad companies don't take into account that we would use them over and over again if they had better service and really cared.
