They have always provided…read morebeautiful arrangements and great customer service, which is why I continued to trust them with my floral needs. This Mother's Day, I was traveling and unable to go inside the store like I normally do to personally select flowers for my mom. Since the online ordering format had changed and only showed a flyer with price points and descriptions instead of actual arrangement photos, I decided to call in for assistance. Unfortunately, the person who answered my call Saturday morning was extremely rude, condescending, and unpleasant. I was very disappointed, especially after supporting Kuhn's for so many years. To be treated that way during such an important holiday was truly disheartening. Because of that experience, I decided to order from Dinsmore Florist instead. Their website allowed me to see actual photos of the flowers I was ordering, and they delivered my mom's flowers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. They have now gained a new customer. It is very disappointing that after more than 20 years of giving Kuhn's my floral business, one negative and disrespectful interaction has caused me to take my business elsewhere.

I'm based in Atlanta and couldn't be there in person so it was important to me for the arrangement to be beautiful. My friend called me and said she was in tears when she saw the flowers, she said they were beautiful and fresh. She said she noticed them from afar because they were so pretty and walked over to see them up close, she read the card and started crying. She said seeing the flowers meant a lot to her and her Mother. Shout out to Kaitlin and Shane at the Jacksonville Flower Market for making this a seamless order and special shout out to Shane for sending me a photo of the arrangement before it went out to the funeral home. Thank you so much! For reference, I ordered the Blue & White healing tears bouquet in the medium size.

He said they were easy to order online, and hoped they turned out great to brighten up the office and my hotel room. When they arrived, they were a beautifully put together arrangement. I always note care instructions as I want them to remain vibrant for days to fully enjoy. I was sad to see they didn't come with plant food, but still changed the water daily and cut stems to try to preserve them. Sadly, I don't think he'd order from here again as they barely lasted four days (included photos). It could have been a bad batch, but for the price point I'd expect to have them last 5+ days like other florists.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email with photos of the bouquet prior to it being sent out for delivery, as Lux Bujor wanted my approval due to a slight difference in flowers from those advertised in the one I ordered. I appreciate the great customer service and communication. Our cousin was thrilled with the beautifully fragrant bouquet she received! I would highly recommend Lux Bujor.

I spent a little over $200 on this place... with a tip. I ordered two bouquets and the first one I…read morereceived (25 roses standard) was very pretty. The other I had to wait about 20 minutes for (Juliana's Special Standard) as they were very behind on everyone's orders. It looked nothing like the picture and very rushed. I took it anyways and didn't hassle for a refund but I wish I did as I ended up basically reconstructing the whole bouquet myself to make it look presentable and not like a grocery store purchase. Both of the bouquets were also missing the bows and butterfly's shown in the picture I requested them to make from their website. I understand it's a busy holiday, but when I pay this amount of money and it's the most requested holiday for flowers out of the whole year.. you should be more prepared. I'm very disappointed, I wish I would've asked for a discount or a refund for the second bouquet it was terrible quality.
